Like many Parisian hotels the rooms are compact but fine for two people. The shower has particularly good water pressure which is fabulous after a long flight. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning. The hotel stored our luggage and we had access to les toilettes to refresh and change so we could explore Paris. The location is great for getting around Paris using either Metro or bus. It’s quiet and the bed/pillow are comfortable. I will stay here on my next trip to Paris.

Our last three trips to Paris have been made so much more special because of the staff and care at Hotel Bienvenue, from Ahmed and Majda at the front desk - every aspect of the hotel is considered, clean, charming, and human. The team at Hotel Bienvenue is amazing! thank you!

Words can't describe how amazing this hotel and staff are!

The hotel itself is beautiful with a private courtyard. The rooms are small but that's Paris! Bed was extremely comfortable - I don't think I have slept that good in a long time.

Staff are all amazing. The housekeepers are very polite and quick! I had left my room at 11 am (check out time) for early lunch and returned just after noon to my room already cleaned, new dishes laid out, and fresh bottle of water. The receptionists were all very polite and helpful.

It is true that the rooms are not sound proof. Honestly, it added to the aesthetic of the hotel. It is an older building - well maintained - so soundproof should not be expected.

The hotel is in a golden location. Close to train stations and transit but far enough away from the main tourists spots that the streets are not crowded - tourist spots are still in walking distance! I only used transit 3 times in 5 days while I stayed at this hotel.

The view from the room was amazing. I loved having the window open and hearing birds and guests from the courtyard.
This is a hotel for guests that want a Paris expierence - is that not the point of traveling?

I plan to return to Paris and hope to have the same room for each visit!

地點優越，位於治安良好，生活機能方便的九區。
附近200m內有地鐵站、超商、洗衣店，美味的早午餐店。
飯店附設行李電梯，也可以提前/延後寄放行李。
床很舒服，可以一秒入睡；
浴室水壓充足，熱水足夠；
唯一美中不足，房間的清潔度方面沒有到五星級，
但整體有四星級????
我個人認為初次到訪巴黎，住到這間住宿非常棒！便利又安心????

Je remercie l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel. Ils ont été acceuillant et ont su répondre à mes questions. Je remercie aussi les personnes s'occupant des chambres. Elles faisaient un excellent travail lorsque je sortais. Les 2 jours que j'y ai passé ont été agréable. L'hôtel est dans une rue calme et les fenêtres bien insonorisées. La chambre était, comme la salle de bain, simple et fonctionnelle. Le lit était confortable et j'ai passé d'excellentes nuits. Pour les petits déjeuners, il y avait vraiment le choix. L'une des surprises est vôtre ascenseur. Il est ancien et petit. Mais, c'était amusant de l'utiliser pour aller à mon étage. Le temps m'a empêché de profiter de votre cours car elle est charmante. Si on devine par quelques détails que l'hôtel est ancien, il est très bien entretenu. Je vais gardé un très bon souvenir de mon petit séjour. L'hôtel porte bien son nom Bienvenue. Encore merci à tous et à toutes.

観光の為、3日間滞在しました。|駅が近くに2つあり、バス停もあるのでとても便利でした。部屋は少し狭いながらも清潔で綺麗で可愛かったです。夜も外がうるさくなく過ごしやすかった。|スタッフは皆さん私の拙い英語も理解してくれようとして、とても有り難かったです、ありがとうございました。||１つ残念？だったのは、ホテルから空港までのタクシーを手配してもらったのですが、タクシーではなくVTCだったようで、７０€の請求をされました。私もタクシーなのかVTCなのかを確認すべきでした。||これ以外はとても良い印象しかないので、またパリに行った際には利用したいです。

Hôtel charmant dans une rue paisible. ||Pre accueil chaleureux et très bien marketé ||Check in basic. Normal tout a été réalisé digitalement avant||Chambre à la déco très féminine et chaleureuse||Linge de lit de qualité et produits d’accueil de standing (Dyptique)||Mais||La chambre aurait besoin d’un petit coup de peinture (de fraîcheur) comme l’escalier pour être pimpante||Toutefois vu le prix de la nuit, je dis pas mal du tout

Torn between 3 and 4 stars on this one. The location is perfect - walkable to gare du Nord, good metro stations, lots to do the area, safe. The hotel itself is sweet, the rooms are nicely decorated and dyptique shampoo / lotion / etc is a nice touch. I would say the room size is fairly normal for Paris. The courtyard is nice although we did not get to enjoy it with the rain. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The only downside - and it is quite a big downside - is the lack of soundproofing between rooms. I could hear people talking beside and above me in rooms and unfortunately it is mostly groups of loud girls so a lot of screaming and chatting until late in the night. If you are a light sleeper you will have difficulty. I considered calling down to reception multiple times because of the sound, but there is likely not much they can do. The receptionist was not very friendly or forthcoming either, so I did not feel it is something I should even bother doing. Otherwise, noise from the street was quiet and there is a small lift for heavy suitcases. I likely wouldn’t stay again because of the noise which is a shame as the hotel is lovely. I would also raise that you have to leave your keys at reception when you leave - I was advised it was for security but I expect it is because the keys are old and they don’t want you to lose the key and have to replace it. That’s fine, but there is no security to then make sure you are who you say you are when you give your room number and pick up a key, so that is a bit odd.

Hotel Bienvenue is a smaller boutique hotel with a very helpful and gracious staff, a beautiful breakfast available, and in a great location with wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well as easy access to see the city.

We stayed here for three nights with my over 80-year-old father-in-law and my 17-year-old twins. The rooms were small, but manageable and the hotel is quaint and very nice. The location in the ninth is perfect. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place in Paris.

A la recherche d'un hôtel près des folies Bergère je suis tombée un peu au hasard sur cet hôtel qui m'a attiré par sa décoration très moderne/vintage. |Nous n'avons pas été déçu de notre séjour. |La chambre est de taille tout a fait raisonnable, bien décorée et propre. |La literie est très confortable et contrairement à certains avis nous n'avons pas du tout entendu nos voisins. |Nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse et avons même eu la chance de pouvoir prendre un cocktail à minuit sur la jolie petite terrasse de l'hôtel. Moment très agréable, un petit bémol : les cocktails sont tout prêt et malheureusement pas très bons (à mon goût).|Le petit déjeuner est quand à lui très satisfaisant. Avec du choix variés. Fromages, viennoiseries, charcuterie, gâteaux..|Je recommande cet hôtel et en garderais un très bon souvenir.

The hotel is somewhat outdatet, carpet is not very hygienic. In the first room we had no view because of the construction scaffolding. It was no problem to change the room the next day.

Explained below regarding the room.
Staff pleasent, entrance rather tired.
For a four star hotel expected larger, better rooms and bathrooms. Not up to 4 star standard.
We were only left one large plus 2 small towels and no water on third night, could not get hold of anyone to sort out in evening.
Showing Paris to friends the web site was excellent, however sadly,did not come up to the 4 star standard we were expecting and have experienced over the world.

Très content de mon séjour ! Je suis venu dans le cadre professionnel. Hotel très bien placé par rapport à mon travail mais aussi pour les sorties extra professionnelles. Chambre calme et propre. Magnifique vue sur la cours aménagée. Personnel accueillant !
