Staff was helpful and accommodating. The room did not get made up as requested and the shower head was broken and did not operate properly

We had a great experience at Frontenac. We would like to return, but for that, reception and concierge should be more friendly and helpful. As was our first time in city having a warming reception would made the experience better. All other services were absolutely amazing.

I got the room with a view of the eiffel tower. I thought it should have been better disclosed that I had to go out on the little patio and look to the right to see the tower.

Very comfortable and great service. Bathroom temperature a little cold - could not be controlled. Location is superb
