Ooh La La … the Best Hotel in Paris, the location(in the Fashionable Golden Triangle), The Hotel Decor(Luxurious) and the Staff are Phenomenal, Kind, Caring, Sweet and Professional. They are so Gracious and always smiling, it’s like home. The Service is Royal and we Love the Staff!|—| Isabelle B. - Reservations Department|Cecilia F. - Head of Reception|Charly L. - Receptionist|Hugo A. - Receptionist…| Wowwww, how can they be so perfect? Helping us with luggage, making reservations at restaurants, bring up tea at night… always smiling, calling the room to see if we’re Happy and treating us like Royalty❤️ These 4 wonderful ppl and the Head of housekeeping made our Trip Amazing, they care and represent the Brand Beautifully. The owners are experts in the Hospitality Business, the COSTES GROUP, own the Best Hotels and Restaurants in Paris, they put the clients and guests first, they believe service requires Grace and Kindness and that’s why we love this Group. Our new friends at the Tremoille Hotel are like Family and we will|See them again soon❤️????????????????

I thought at this point I would write in Arabic, but the hotel needs to read my review as well. Of course, I’ve stayed in many high-end hotels before, and I can categorize this one as a boutique hotel—but with its reception staff, I would say it felt like a truly luxurious experience. I just fell in love with them—so lovely, helpful, and polite, especially the lady at the front office. I wish I could remember her name, but she said she is around 70, though I have my doubts—she was beautiful, and her soul and smile were like those of an 18-year-old. The welcome was warm, it’s close to Paris landmarks, and the most important thing: the superior room had a ‘bidet spray. and the room overall well give you the experience that you are in Paris

Do not book this hotel if you're a person of color.
There were strong racist undertones, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, we noticed we were being ignored during check-in. When the staff finally acknowledged us, there was still no warm welcome. There were three bellmen on duty, and we had four suitcases—yet no one offered to assist us. Meanwhile, they were helping a white gentleman with his luggage. For a hotel that claims to be five-star, this was odd.

When we got to our room, it was very warm. We turned on the AC and went out to get dinner. Upon returning, the room was still uncomfortably warm. We called the front desk to report that the AC wasn’t working. The front desk agent told us he was aware and that, in fact, all rooms in the hotel were without AC for another week.

About an hour later, I went to the front desk in person because the room had become unbearable to sleep in. I asked if he was absolutely sure every room’s AC was out of service. He confidently said yes and reiterated that all rooms would be without AC for a week.

I explained that our booking specifically included a room with AC, and that if the hotel couldn’t provide that, we’d be checking out first thing in the morning. He told me I could check out if I wanted and rudely handed me a business card to email the hotel if I wanted a refund.

I returned to the room, sent an email to the hotel explaining the issue, and informed them that we’d be checking out three days early. I then booked another hotel for the remainder of our stay.

Here’s the crazy part:
The next morning, I went to check out and was greeted by a manager who said she had received my email. She told me the hotel does have working AC, and that the night agent gave me incorrect information. She admitted they knew the room we were placed in had a non-functioning AC unit. She apologized and offered to move us to a room with working AC.

I explained that we had already paid for another hotel due to the the lack of AC. I asked for a refund for the three remaining nights. She continued to offer us a new room, but I repeated that we were leaving. She said she was only the weekend manager and couldn’t authorize a refund, but she would escalate the issue to her direct manager on Monday.

I never heard back from her, so I followed up via email. The response I received said her manager did not approve the refund.

My best experience in paris so far even though this is my second time staying here, i feel like things changed after COVID to the better ! The head of concierge is an amazing guy and very helpful, i would highly recommend speaking to him to for any plans in your trip, the rest of the staff are smiling and very considerate for non french speaking folks and families with kids, the hotel is quite, the location is amazing , i cant put my satisfaction in words tbh highly recommended (the deluxe room is spacious and nice)

Malheureusement, mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été très décevant en raison de l’attitude de la directrice. J’ai trouvé son comportement irrespectueux et froid, ce qui a considérablement affecté mon expérience. Au lieu de se montrer accueillante et professionnelle, elle a fait preuve de mépris à plusieurs reprises, ce qui est inacceptable dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie. Je recommande vivement une formation sur la gestion de la clientèle pour améliorer l’accueil car l’attitude de la direction laisse un goût amer

Hôtel idéalement situé, près de tout dans le triangle d’or, mais au calme. L’accueil est parfait et la chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Une excellente adresse.

فندقي المفضل في باريس، اول مره سكنت فيه كان خمس نجوم و سكنت فيه بعد ما اصبح ثلاثة نجوم، ما تغير شيء نفس الخدمة و نفس الفندق الي تغير أنهم معد عندهم بوفيه فطور ولا مطعم لكن عندهم خدمة الغرف.
الغرف نظيفه و مساحتها حلوه و السرير مريح و الموقع ممتاز.
الموظفين لطيفين جدًا، استقبالهم سريع و الغرف دائمًا جاهزه حتى لو وصلنا بدري. ما قد واجهت اي مشكله عندهم.

Not recommended for sure ! The worst experience

Room was not ready for check in at 3 pm. Sunday. At 5 pm a fire alarm went off. Staff at hotel couldn’t turn it off. All guests came|To the lobby. Bedlam. ||Was great place 20 years ago but it is not a high standard anymore. Alas.||Let’s hope it’s just the remodel. And that service will return to the former standard.

My colleagues and I stayed at the hotel for a few nights during our business trip and I would say that the service was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Despite not being a 5-star luxury resort, the hotel management and staff gave us an absolute 5-star experience. Super polite and professional team! Whatever I asked for, I received promptly. The hotel’s spacious rooms deserve further admiration. Thanks a lot for the service and our great stay! We will definitely be back again :)

We returned to Hotel De La Tremoille after spending our honeymoon there 36 years ago, almost to the day. Our experience was excellent in every way! The staff was amazing to us, particularly Walter the Concierge who recommended great restaurants to us almost every night and answered all of our questions. Also wonderful was the front desk management who handled our reservation. The rooms were really big and clean, and we loved the daily breakfast which was quietly left in our hatch next to the door of our room so as not to disturb us. This is truly a hidden gem! Ci sono soltanto passato davanti, non so come sia fatto dentro ma senza dubbio dev'essere un albergo più che accogliente. Tra l'altro è lo stesso albergo dove nel 1993 morì André the Giant.

We just returned from a lovely stay at the Tremoille. The location is perfect - right near many of the attractions but on a quiet street away from the noise. The concierge was extremely helpful with reservations and suggestions and greeted us every time by our names. The downside of no restaurant at the hotel was totally irrelevant in our opinion because there were so many options for a nice breakfast or quick coffee just minutes from the hotel. So because of that it makes the hotel more affordable for a beautiful place to stay in the best area of Paris. We ended up upgrading to a larger room and our rate was still less than many comparable hotels for a basic room. We highly recommend this hotel!

Konum olarak çok iyi. Ulaşımı çok kolay. Oda çok temiz ve çok konforluydu. Personelin ilgisi ve yardımseverliği için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Yeniden Paris e gittiğimde kesinlikle ailemle birlikte aynı oteli tercih ederiz.

L’hotel è un’ottima soluzione, vicino a champs elisee. Pulito, personale attento e cordiale. Purtroppo durante la nostra permanenza non c era ne il servizio ristorante / colazione ne la sauna alla quale ero molto interessato. Tutto in ristrutturazione. Dato il costo, non eccessivo ma importante, avrei desiderato saperlo in anticipo.

Stupendo hotel situato nel cuore di Parigi, personale preparatissimo conoscono e parlano anche l’italiano, le camere sono pulitissime io ho soggiornato in una suite che era enorme e disponeva sia di doccia che sia vasca. Letto molto comodo e spazioso a un passo dagli champs e dal ponte dell’alma. Consiglio a tutti

Very nice cute and small hotel, amazing and very hospitable staff, we visited when parts of the hotel were under renovation, there was no restaurant. However the staff made up for everything...
Very neat and clean rooms.

I cannot review rooms nor breakfast. I can just appreciate the concierge gentleman who welcomed us as VIP guests although we came with my son for another reason and yet not properly dressed to enter such a high standard hotel. Those who are interested in wrestling history will probably know why we went there.

We felt very welcomed, my son had tears of happiness in his eyes and I am so thankful to so kind gentleman that he shared his memories with us and treated us so kindly!

Le pire petit déjeuner de ma vie . Croissants industriels et jus de orange qualité médiocre. Même le pain ???? est mauvais. Pas acceptable pour ce niveau là. Pièces de l airco cassé : si vous aimez le bruit aigu la nuit... A part cela hôtel qui a son charme. Première visite il y a plus de 30 ans. A décharge toujours en travaux. Mais cela justifie pas les croissants et le ????

Excellente conciergerie, j'ai hâte de revenir après les travaux et retrouver Walter et son équipe. Je préfère la chaleur de la Trémoille à mes nombreux séjours au Plaza Athénée.
