The location of the hotel is perfect. I suggest that you add additional piece in the toilet to help Muslims in preforming Wodoo.

Wonderful Hotel, very professional and helpful staff in all departments,. Breakfast was superb with great service.
Perfect location within walking distance of all famous attractions and shopping areas. Would highly recommend this hotel for business trip or holidays.

The hotel is an easy walk from the Metro with multiple restaurants and attractions nearby. My room was fantastic. Spacious, comfortable (with air conditioning given the 35deg temp outside) and well appointed. Wifi was fast and the small fitness center was a great way to start the day.

We were arriving with two small children and asked for adjacent rooms. When we arrived one room was on ground floor and the other one on the 5th floor, so on a totally different oplace.
Firthermore, the room on the groundfloor was only accessible via a narrow stair, which makes it especially uncomfortable for families which usually have lots of bags and a strawler, which had both to be take ub the stairs. Also, the room on the ground floor was giving right on the smoking place, which also for children is not ideal. I cann not understand, why we were not given two adjacent rooms without stairs somewhere in the hotel.

Third year in a row for our stay in Paris. Whenever we stay in Paris it is at the Hotel Rochester Champs Elysees. The service here is the best. They will be on our itinerary for our next trip to Paris. Metro station Line 9 within 50 yards of the hotel a boulangerie around the corner and the Champs Elysees a few blocks down the street.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The staff was helpful and very polite but check in was very unorganized after a long train ride.
Our room was nice.

Très bon service et hôtel et surtout concierges.

Les oreillers sont un massacre pour dormir, on dirait qu'ils ont au moins 15 ans. Le ventilateur dans la salle de bain a été remplacé pendant notre séjour après ma demande (il ne marchait pas) mais une pluie de saletés noires envahissait la douche quand on se douchait avec le noveau !!
