Hotel location is ideal. Staff excellent! Some issues with room which were not able to be rectified, like the noise from the A/C which sounded every minute & 15 seconds, the shower drain which was SLOW. Front desk was very helpful with anything & everything. Well staffed & groomed. Felt safe & cared for. Shout out to Ismael & Said for all their help & attention.Lots of cafes, shops as you go out the hotel door! Merci, to everyone at Hotel Rochester. We shall return.

I have stayed here, many, many times over the years and I will absolutely continue to do so. The staff and general quality of the hotel, is excellent. I highly recommend.
