I would like to thank Cler Hotel in Paris for a truly wonderful stay. The atmosphere was cozy, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location is perfect for exploring the city.||A special thanks to Nisar for his outstanding service. He was always professional, polite, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Having someone like him on the team really reflects the high level of hospitality this hotel offers.||I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit to Paris.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! The staff is exceptional, and a special thanks to Mr. Basith for his outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, he gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was always ready with helpful recommendations for restaurants and local sights. He truly made our stay in Paris both comfortable and memorable. The location couldn't be better quiet and peaceful at night, yet lively during the day with plenty of charming cafes, shops, and markets. Many of Paris top attractions and Eiffel Tower are within easy walking distance. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

We stayed there a second time in April 2025 (first time in November 2023) because of the positive impression we had from our first visit. The location is prime with colorful open air fruit and vegetable markets just outside up and down the street as well as a number of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel itself is clean and bright. The rooms are small but adequate with contemporary bathrooms and comfortable beds. The English speaking staff is friendly and helpful and were happy to arrange taxi pickups. Breakfast had a variety of meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, rolls, croissants and hardboiled eggs as well as more of other things than I could sample for the breakfasts we enjoyed during our stay.

This cute little hotel located directly on rue Cler is a real hidden gem! The rooms are small, but exactly as I expected for this location. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was so neat walking out every morning and seeing the fresh markets and smelling the fruits and flowers that surrounded the area. The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower, and we walked to many of the area attractions. There were so many restaurants in the area. it was hard to where to eat each night. Every time we went down the street, we found a new little shop or restaurant along the way. It is a great hidden gem and I would return if I ever have a chance to go back to Paris.

Great stay at the Cler Hotel. Very friendly staff especially Basith. Breakfast every morning was delicious and hotel was very clean. Super comfortable room for 5 nights and in a great location within Paris. Close to the Eiffel Tower and other great landmarks.

This was a great hotel to stay in. It's located a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, the Seine river cruised, and Napolean's Tomb and the military museum. It's on a pedestrian street with lots of shops and cafes. There are ATM machines right outside the door. | The rooms were very nice and very clean. Our room overlooked the busy street but it was quiet once the windows were closed. The room, and bathroom, are small but it worked. The breakfast was fantastic! | The 2 hotel reception gentlemen I dealt with were wonderful. They let us check out and leave our bags in a locked room while we did some final sightseeing. Very pleasant and helpful people. | I would absolutely recommend this place. Paris is not cheap but this was a good value.

The staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the various cafes, restaurants and amenities. The metro is a short distance away. I would recommend d this hotel to my friends and family.

The location is very good. This area is relaxing to stay in. It is safe and the streets are very beautiful. Not only is this hotel in a good location, it is also close to the subway station and has an elevator, so you don't have to worry about your luggage. The room is well equipped with amenities such as a hair dryer. The refrigerator was especially useful. The breakfast was also good, and I will definitely come back when I come to Paris.

The hotel is on Rue Cler, an excellent location to experience the culture of France. The hotel is very accommodating , bedding is very comfortable, and extremely clean throughout the hotel and room. Basith helped me with my accommodations to the airport, explaining to me what to expect when I arrived at the airport.

The hotel is located on a lovely street lined with markets and cafes. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again!||Sujit, at reception made, made it easy for us to deal with some business documents that needed to be sent to the US.

Completely comfortable bed and pillows. Room was small but well laid out, and spotless! The staff was attentive and thoughtful. The location is on a lovely street with two fruit and vegtable markets and within walking distance to many of the sights, including the Eiffel tower! And there are several terrific restaurants nearby.

We had high expectations when we booked a week at the Cler Hotel, based on Rick Steves’ recommendation. The Cler exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is located perfectly so guests can take advantage of all the Rue Cler shops, restaurants and cafes. The rooms were efficient and spotless. The breakfasts were delicious. Special acknowledgment to the Cler’s staff, Pablo and Elsa for being so welcoming and helpful. Well done Cler!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Cler Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, cleanliness, and amenities. The breakfast was also very good! From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be an enjoyable stay. We were greeted so kindly . We were able to check in early at no additional cost. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable for 3 adults. Beds were very comfortable and the Rain shower head was everything. Located on the iconic Rue Cler, walking distance to Eiffel Tower. We will return next year . Special thanks to the person working on the morning of April 19 2025 . He helped us with our luggage we had 7 between 3 of us . Your kindness was very appreciated, thank you !!!

O hotel é bonito, mobília nova, limpo e bem pertinho da torre. Tem tudo na rua do hotel, uma feirinha, mercado, cafés e patiserrie. Atendimento 24 horas, o recepcionista Nisar muito atencioso, educado e prestativo, nos recebeu maravilhosamente bem. |Bom atendimento é um diferencial desse hotel, com certeza será minha escolha nas próximas visitas a Paris.

hotel agradável, tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa, o pequeno almoço foi generoso, gostaria de agradecer pessoalmente à Elsa, que é uma pessoa muito atenciosa com os clientes. ||localizado não muito longe dos Champs de Mars e Les Invalides, pequenas lojas nas proximidades, o que é prático.||Recomendo este lugar.

Magnifique hôtel, bien situé, offrant un service exceptionnel et des chambres impeccables. Moderne et élégant, l'hôtel est entouré de cafés, de stands de fruits, d'épiceries fines, d'épiceries et de boutiques. La Tour Eiffel est accessible à pied et la station de métro est à deux pas. Le personnel, Basith, était sympathique, serviable et très accueillant. Notre chambre était nettoyée quotidiennement et le lit était très confortable. Tout était parfait !????

Tuvimos una muy grata estadía en Cler Hotel, el mismo está muy bien ubicado, a 14 minutos a pie de la torre Eiffel y en una zona muy bonita, llena de bares y negocios alrededor, además, está bien conectado con los medios públicos. La habitación estaba súper limpia, había muy buen desayuno y el personal fue siempre muy cordial, amable y predispuesto a asistirnos en lo que sea. En la recepción nos encontramos con Pablo, Sujit y Basith y en el desayunador con Elsa, todos muy simpáticos y se portaron de primera. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo! Volveríamos a alojarnos con muchísimo gusto y lo recomendaremos a quien vaya a París. Merci encore !! À bientôt !! ????????

Un hotel bien situado, agradable, limpio y correcto. |Recepcionistas amables |En general hemos estado muy bien en vuestro pequeño hotel en la rue cler, como también lo estuvimos en el hotel Canopee.|Nosotros eramos clientes habituales del antiguo hotel d’ Albion y fue como conocimos el Hotel Canopee y ahora el hotel Cler. |Recomiendo los dos hoteles por igual, dependiendo de la zona que quieras recorrer varias veces en tu estancia en Paris. |En general muy recomendables.

Excellent hotel w/ friendly, helpful staff, great location, clean, comfortable rooms and overall great vibe! It was perfect hotel for our weeklong stay. We particularly enjoyed our room on 6th floor w/ view of Eiffel Tower from the bed! Plus, location right on Rue Cler w/ access to all the restaurants, shops, grocers, and metro nearby which made everything so easy and quick. Being short walk from Eiffel Tower made evening strolls there effortless! Appreciate a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future.

That was just HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD!

Everything was just amazing, until the night before we should leave the hotel. We came back home and found out that there is no money in our bag at all! 4k EUR! It was there that morning for sure, we are not dumb to take such an amount to the city.

We still tried to be gentle: explaining that this cash was the only option for us to pay in Paris and we need to stay here for a few more days, with no hotels booked, no cards available etc. We suggested just return it back, no police, no bad reviews - that what humans do to humans.

Staff did NOTHING - NO HELP, NO EXUSES, NO MANAGER’S CONTACTS. They told it’s our fault and bla bla. And ofc, they cannot prove no one came inside our room, because OUR PARTICULAR ROOM DOOR IS HIDDEN FROM THE CAMERA.

I am a hotel owner back in my country, I know how it works concerning stolen stuff and conflict situations, at least you try to be helpful, open and loyal to guests, do everything possible to solve their problems so that they have the best experience. However, this is not that case. So poor.

⁤My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay here during our vacation to Paris in March 2024. ⁤⁤From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and great service. ⁤⁤The rooms were delightful, ⁤⁤spacious, and beautifully decorated. They were kept clean throughout our stay making it evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. ⁤The location was another plus, situated just 15 minutes (on foot) from the Eiffel Tower.

⁤However, what truly set Cler Hotel apart for us was the exceptional service provided by Basith at the front desk. ⁤⁤From the moment we checked in, Basith went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. ⁤⁤Whether it was recommending local restaurants, recommending activities, arranging transportation, or simply offering a friendly smile, Basith's professionalism and attentiveness truly made our stay 10x better.

⁤Overall, I cannot recommend Cler Hotel highly enough and we can't wait to return!

My family of 5 had a great stay at Cler Hotel (we had two rooms--a double and a triple). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great. Several Metro stops in close proximity and walking distance to many great sights such as Eiffel Tower, Rodin museum, and Invalides. Rue Cler is a great place to enjoy Parisian life--it is vibrant, perfect for people-watching, with great cafés, boulangeries, and specialty shops. The hotel was clean and well-appointed. Many Americans live in the area and so staff at the hotel and shops in the area speak English very well. We would happily stay there again.
