Doesn’t even deserve one star. The guy at the ticket counter was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. The organization was nonexistent—people left queuing outside in the pouring rain with nowhere to wait. Honestly, the guy at the counter was probably the rudest staff member I’ve ever encountered. Kindness doesn’t cost a thing, especially when dealing with customers! ????
