Very nice experience indeed. The food just melted in my mouth and the flavoring was there and well thought out.
I was very happy from the moment when I had the amuse bouche, and realized that this was going to be a nice meal.
We had the wine pairing as well, which was phenomenal.

The dinner was perfect. One possible improvement is the wine list (prices and choices). Also, having the menu on the phone is not a great experience.

I can highly recommend Shiro to all visitors in Paris. Our waiter was super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m coming back when next I am in Paris.
