Beautiful garden with a cool museum, it had an awesome interior design with a lot of interesting animals and sea creatures but something stuck with me, the only english bilboard i could find was in the toilet, i shouldnt be required to learn french to benefit from a gigantic nature museum like this, there were a lot of things and i was only able to look at them and pass without even being able to tell the difference

Tourists, beware! Tickets sold online are not guaranteed by the museum!
I bought a two for one ticket from the museum's official online ticket seller, which included one temporary and one permanent exhibition for 16 EUR. Separately, the tickets cost 13 EUR each. I paid and asked that the ticket be sent to me by email. I received a ticket for only the permanent exhibition (13 EUR)
At the door I explained the mistake and offered to pay the difference of three EUR, but the cashier would only offer to sell me another ticket for 13 euros, full price for the missing temporary exhibition ticket! She told me that the "official" ticketing agency, attached to the museum's website, was separate from the door tickets and that's she couldn't do anything about it.
I asked to see the manager, who told me the same thing. I asked to see HER manager, but he was "in a meeting". I find their obstinance ridiculous over the price of three euros.

Man sollte in einem Museum die Exponate eigentlich gut sehen, daher, es sollte genügend Licht da sein.
Bedauerlicherweise war im gesamten Museum nur Dämmerlicht, man könnte keine genauen Details erkennen, als ich meine Taschenlampe zu Hilfe nahm, um etwas genauer zu betrachten wurde ich von einem Aufseher darauf hingewiesen, dass ich die Taschenlampe wieder ausschalten müsse.
Wie gesagt, ich gehe in ein Museum, um mir die Sachen auch etwas genauer anzusehen, was hier offensichtlich nicht erwünscht war.
