每況愈下。紫羅蘭蛋白霜有股油耗味，跟試吃的味道完全不同，品管可能有些問題。超級失望。

I’d say it’s one of the best ice creams in Paris. The texture is excellent, definitely worth trying the chocolate and vanilla.

Les glacé sont inventives et délicieuses mais surtout chez eux on trouve des gâteaux glacés (vacherins, omelette norvégienne, …) vraiment exceptionnels !
