Nestled in the heart of Paris' Marais region lies Au Burguigon, du Marais a hidden gem offering a taste of traditional French cuisine. This restaurant truly lives up to its name, "Burguignon" meaning "sprout" in French, as the flavors burst forth with authenticity.
From the moment we arrived, the staff, particularly Isa, went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 14. Despite some latecomers, they graciously provided us with two tables, ensuring everyone felt comfortable.
The star of the show, however, was undoubtedly the food. The beef bourguignon was truly exceptional, living up to its "to die for" description. The rest of the menu showcased delicious traditional French fare, leaving everyone in our group highly satisfied. Topping off the experience were the amazing puddings, a perfect ending to a delightful culinary journey.

(한국어 아래 있어용)I really liked the servers and they were sooooo kind. also the atmosphere of the restaurant. They were so kind and make me smile:) I want to visit again because of them.
For the food, beef bourguinon was perfect but for the cheese burger, it was too dry to me. For the chips, they also served us the mayonnaise which seemed like they made. The taste was very unique. I liked it.

비프부르기뇽은 프랑스 본토의 맛이 느껴졌달까..! 고급지다는 생각이 들었고 치즈버거는 개인적으로 비추에용.. 다소 많이 건조했고 그래서 막 우르르 무너지고 패티도 부숴지고 그랬습니다! 만약 버거를 드시고싶으시다면 다른 맛있는 수제버거 전문점에서!

Highly recommend the food here especially the french onion soup, escargot and scallops (the cream pumpkin sauce).
Place is pretty crowded even at 3pm and service will be a little slow.

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale di Parigi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Delicati i vol au vent come antipasto. Molto buona e abbondane la boeuf bourguignon, deliziosa la tartare. Come dessert abbiamo scelto la crema brulle: la migliore di sempre.
