Beef bourguignon was really good. It was more moist than the photos. It had good red wine flavour, beef was soft and tender. One of the best bourguignon we had. Highly recommend it. This place services throughout the day, unlike other places where the kitchen closes then reopens at night.

The beef bourguignon was excellent!
I've always envisioned what a good beef bourguignon taste like and the one here just exploded my senses.
The beef was tender, the accompanying vegetables were great too.
A must order!
The onion soup was superb too! Very generous with the cheesy top.
The salmon on squid ink risotto was delicious, a must order if you prefer non meat options.
Escargots were drowned in butter, garlic parsley sauce. Not a drop was wasted as we used the bread to scoop the sauce.
Didn't order dessert as we were full to the brim.
Highly recommend!

Delicious food and very traditional! Waiting is long... I would come back as the quality and taste are great!!! I'd recommend the beef stew! Make a reservation!!!

This was, without a doubt, the biggest disappointment of our trip—especially given the high ratings and glowing reviews that led us here. Unfortunately, the experience has made me question the reliability of online rankings.
The meat was extremely tough and unpleasantly chewy—far from the tender, flavorful dish we were expecting. We had far better culinary experiences at other, less-hyped restaurants. Even the profiteroles, which we hoped would redeem the meal, were dry and uninspiring.
Overall, this visit was a letdown from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be relying so heavily on reviews in the future.

Good choice of restaurants if you want to try a typical French dish, beef bourguignon, which comes freshly cooked in a little pot. Great flavor. Recommend getting a reservation, especially on weekends since it is quite popular.

Fantastic beef stew! It cured my soul on this gloomy day.
The service is great as well. The reception lady is super hospitable, as well as the waiters. Everyone works in a very professional way and takes good care of all the tables.
We left with our stamoch satisfied and a smile on our face.
Will definitely come back again to try other dishes.

Super expérience dans cette institution place des Vosges ! Cuisine traditionnelle française avec son andouillette AAAAA, côté de bœuf cuite cheminée , un ceviche de bar qui tient ses promesses , ses fromages affinés au top et un conseil avisé du sommelier, une superbe expérience avec un service délicat attentionné et un cadre rustique qu’on adore

My visit to Au Bourguignon du Marais was a culinary delight. The escargot and beef bourguignon were exquisite, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to traditional French flavors. The waitress was attentive, enhancing the dining experience. However, a slight hiccup occurred when I ordered a small carafe of wine, and I received a large one. Being unfamiliar with the metric system, I only noticed upon receiving the bill. Despite this, the overall ambiance and cuisine make it a place I'd gladly revisit.

-Les serveurs et chefs de rangs sont souriants et aux petits soins avec la clientèle
-Repas plus qu'au top, un grand bravo au chef la qualité des produits et des plats mamamia c'est trop bon
-Et le café crème et le premier dans Paris que l'on prend qui est réellement un crème délicieux ! ????????
Ma mère m'a fait découvrir se restaurant se jour pour mes 31 ans et je ne vais certainement pas oublié cette journée et ce restaurant !
Une bonne continuation à vous tous nous reviendrons et plus nombreux ????
