i think they should question their concept. a so called “meat expert restaurant” should know the different cookings styles of a poultry.
when i ask for a “bien cuit” steak, and get a blue one instead; even after sending it twice then them sending me a different plate with chewed meat from another client on it…? this is UNACCEPTABLE.
And let’s not forget the attitude of the waiter and owner of the restaurant. I’ve never dealt with such rudes employees in my life, mocking me and not even apologizing for their 3 mistakes. Not one, but three.
I work in this field, I am very indulgent and patient but the number one rule is not never be rude to a costumer. Very disappointed in my experience, and would definitely not recommend this restaurant only if you wish to eat 20m after all the table has finished their plates and to face a shitty attitude from the owner and employee:)
Aside from all the negativity, thank you for the lebanese chef who came and fixed the problem cause he saw me speaking in arabic with my family and took the initiative to calm down the owner.

Grosse déception... ok piur le feu de bois et la vitrine qui ne paie pas mine.
Ok pour le besoin de gestion des réservations... longtemps a l avance et avec empreinte bancaire pour éviter toute pollution...
Mais l accueil est triste voire désagréable.
L information sur les plats (origine viande) est légère, maladroite et limite inconsistante. . Confondre persillé avec maturé est inquiétant dans un restaurant qui fait l éloge du bœuf de qualité.
Au final une entrecôte bonne au niveau de la texture mais décevante au niveau du goût.
Le feu de bois ne fait pas tout.
Rapport qualité prix... moyen.
Encore un effort... et on aura plaisir rencontrer Louise plus que Robert ))

Best beef rib I’ve ever had, it’s medium in the picture. The outside is woody smoked, inside was soft and tasked like butter. Highly recommended!

I went to this restaurant last year, it is the best restaurant in my 2024 list, and I'm going back next week, can't tell how excited I am.
Since the restaurant is very busy, so don't be strict with the waiters, they work very hard. So i don't mind waiters don't smile or wait a bit long for the food. Quality is the most important.
