The owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly.
Free breakfast. Very close to the subway.
Carrefour and Franprix in the neighborhood. Some good bars nearby not too expensive.
The bed mattress was terribly uncomfortable - I have never met a mattress like that anywhere. It was with a hole in the middle and you were constantly sliding towards the middle of the mattress.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable.
The towels were clean, but their color... - they were white a long time ago.
A single socket near the bed - if you have 2 phones, a smartwatch, and a portable charger, then you have a problem loading all of them.

We stayed for one night. The service was great, we left our luggage before we checked in and when we returned it was already up in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
