Un po fuori dal centro ma come prezzo più economico rispetto ad altri, ma comq in 20 min con la linea 2 della metro proprio a pochi minuti dall'hotel si può raggiungere il quartiere di montmartre. Proprietari e personali gentilissimi, cambiavano tutti i giorni gli asciugamani, zona tutto sommato tranquilla anche di sera. Molte attività commerciali dove potermi mangiare attorno a tutto l'hotel.

Très belle surprise ! Super accueil, chambres simples et propres.

A un passo dalla fermata della metro, un ottimo posto per passare una vacanza. La stanza dove dormivamo era dotata di bagno in camera con doccia (tutto molto pulito), un letto alla francese e un piccolo armadio. Camera riordinata e cambiati lenzuola e asciugamani tutti i giorni. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Offrono anche una piccola colazione nella piccola hall,senza sovrapprezzi.
Inoltre zona tranquilla e piena di ristoranti per tutti i gusti!

Mistake by staff led us to sleep in another hotel 1 of our 3 nights. They did pay for the accomodation. Staff was pleasant overall, breakfast okay and location good for the price. However, the rooms were not clean enough. When we had food leftover, some sort of ants(?) crawled all over it after a few hours in the room. Underneath the beds I noticed a lot of dust and dirt too. For the price, if you're willing to give up hygiene, it barely passes. So i'll give this hotel a 5,5/10, but would not return for a second visit.

Chambre et salle de bain simples mais spacieuses et emplacement de l’hôtel au top (à 2mn du métro). Le ménage était cependant insuffisant et l’insonorisation quasiment inexistante… Ça dépanne mais ce n’est pas l’idéal ! Personnel très accueillant

Hôtel à deux pas du métro. Chambre simple mais spacieuse, bien agencée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Personnel sympa. Quartier très agréable. Restaurants et commerces tout près. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the attention is 10. The rooms are in good condition and always clean, as are the rest of the facilities. If one day I return to Paris, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you!

A good budget hotel. I only stayed for one night and the only complaint I have is that the walls are quite thin, so I heard every movement from the room in the floor above me. If you are a light sleeper, it might not be very pleasant.

Am stat la acest hotel împreună cu mama mea timp de 4 zile în luna martie 2024. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și primitor. Camera a fost extrem de curată și, mai mult decât atât, menajul zilnic se făcea temeinic și minuțios. Am primit prosoape noi în fiecare zi de ședere. Poziția camerei a fost una liniștită, nu am avut geamul spre stradă. Spațiul a fost încăpător, patul confortabil, temperatura în cameră a fost foarte bună, fiind cald și relaxant. Clădirea nu are lift, dar pentru noi nu a fost o problemă, căci am avut doar câte un ghiozdan fiecare. Am fost foarte încântate de întreaga experiență. Există un aspect mai puțin plăcut care trebuie amintit, deși nouă nu ne-a creat disconfort și anume faptul că pereții clădirii sunt destul de subțiri și se aude chiar bine prin ei. Cu toate astea, așa cum am spus, nu ne-a creat probleme acest lucru, căci pe timpul nopții era liniște, iar ziua eram plecate să explorăm orașul, însă e bine de avut în vedere acest aspect.

l'hotel è in un ottima posizione, è vicino alla metro e ai bus è in pochissimo si raggiunge il centro. comodo per chi sta poco in camera, silenzioso e riscaldato. Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati bene

We had comfort queen room. Rooms were to small and congested. Water from bathroom was not heated enough for bath. Excellent location if you have large bags. Just 2 mins walk from train station. 15 min walk to christmas markets

We stayed for 2 nights, everywhat was good.
Building needs elevator, stairs are very narrow and little bit uncofmy, breakfast was only bagguete, butter, marmelada and you can choose one drink between pot coffe, nesquik and tee. Public trasnport is very close of the hotel. Hotel is in safe locatio.
Overall good price for what you get! Staff very friendly ;)))

We stayed 2 nights and felt very comfortable. The rooms are basic but very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are visiting Paris and need a place to stay for the night, this hotel is very convenient.

I will try sharing both Pro and Cons .
Advantages -
1. Best value for Money
2. Location is excellent..it's just beside the M2 line stop and near to Belle Ville. Also Bus stop is just round the corner 96 and other
3. Many cafe food junctions and super markets are just opposite .
4. Host is cordial and collaborative.
6. Rooms were very clean.
5. You just missed the point 5 ????

Disadvantages -
1. Radiator heating is there but it's not optimum to generate or maintain comfortable room temperature. So if you are giving a visit in colder months ..you gonna have a tough time .

2. There is no Lift .. so you get a room on 4/5 th floor , your legs and lungs won't be very pleased at you.

3. These are not sound proof rooms ..so at night literally you get to hear people making out loud or snoring at high pitch just next room to you ????

Considering cost to budget ratio ,you can either choose or not. Obviously The more £ the merrier. ????

Un albergo spartano, ma molto accogliente. È pulito, è in un'ottima posizione. La stanza che ho avuto aveva grandi finestre. Si consideri però che è senza ascensore, dunque non accessibile a chiunque.

Ótima localização, próximo à estação de metrô e tem várias coisas por perto como restaurantes, barzinhos e até um mercadinho. O hotel é simples, mas aconchegante, ideal para passar a noite após um dia de longas caminhadas por Paris. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos, o café da manhã é simples, mas muito satisfatório.

This was very affordable (approximately 400e for 4 weekday nights). The staff were very friendly. Location is excellent, close to bus stops & the metro, even walkable to a lot of the tourist sights (within an hour walking distance). There is a glass panel in the bathroom door which lets in sunlight in the morning, despite the curtains & bedroom windows being excellent for light & noise. The interior noise of the hotel (other guests walking up and down the stairwell) seems to be very loud in the bedroom. The mattress was OK, but one side had a dip in it.

I really liked the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, with many café shops, a few grocery stores, many small restaurants, and bars. Metro stop is around the corner, convenient to get around. The manager of the hotel is so kind and friendly. The room rate is very reasonable. Highly recommended. I will stay there again in the future.

I've slept there for two nights with some friends and I felt very welcomed by the owners. The rooms are simple, clean and silent even if the hotel is located in a lively multiethnic district, full of places to eat and drink. Thank you and I will come back for sure.
