We recently had the most incredible experience at the Louvre museum in paris. We were so lucky to get introduced to a tour guide Monty who was incredibly knowledgeable and offered up so much tangential information that was very informative! My 85 year old mother needed a wheelchair and Monty was able to navigate us through a very busy crowd and even got us exclusive access to see the Mona Lisa which was a defining moment and so special for 3 generations to experience together. Thank you Monty for being the best tour guide we could have wished for and we will definitely be in touch for other tours of Paris when we return!!

Nice comfortable tour bus to Mont St Michele, left Paris at 7 am and came back at 9 pm! Amazing place to experience at least once.

My 15 year old daughter and I had a great tour of the Louvre with our tour guide Monty. He is an art historian and imparted so much extra knowledge and took us to the best and most beautiful places. In the afternoon we spontaneously took a tour with him through the streets of Montparnasse, up to the Sacre Coer. His special knowledge and his friendly manner were great! If we come back, we would be happy to book other tours with him. We can only recommend Monty as a tour guide!

I booked a tour for Paris city, and the bus never showed up

My family and 2 additional friends are currently on a trip to Paris and we booked 4 events thru Viator, the first of which was a skip the line tour at the Louvre. We had planned to arrive the day before this scheduled trip, which we scheduled months in advance. Unfortunately, our original flight cancelled, could not get rebooked until the following day, on a red-eye flight arriving Paris at 0800. Since our reservations were for 1130, close, but still was working to make it all work since the 24 hour cancellation window had passed at this point. When we arrived in Paris, it became apparent that making an 1130 reservation would be difficult - as instructed on our ticketing documents, we messaged Paris City Vision, the actual tour operator, via WhatsApp to see if we could move our reservation back because of our flight cancelling and concern about being able to make it. We received no response from Paris City Vision. We rushed to get to the meeting point, but were 20 min late and no one from Paris City Vision was to be found, I contacted Viator to see if we could reschedule, which took a couple of phone calls (got disconnected once) to explain my situation. No refund was possible and there wasn't any accommodation, given our circumstance with flight cancellation, to reschedule to the 1330 time slot, even though, that exact time for 6 people was still able to be sold on Viator's website. When I brought all of this to the attention to the Viator representative, it made no difference - they would not do anything - absolutely unhelpful. We will file with our travel insurance for a refund due to the flight cancellation, however there was no effort by Viator or Paris City Vision to help in any way, even though they had plenty of space of unsold tickets to do so. While we have 3 additional tours scheduled with Viator over the next week, at a total cost of ~$4K, I won't be doing any business with this company again. Total lack of regard - no customer service, absolutely unhelpful.
