The hotel room pictures were clearly not taken from this hotel. Very disapointed with our room, which had a bathroom and an a weird loft for a table&chair up very uncomfortable, narrow and steep stairs. I wonder if those are even legal. The bathroom door did not close, it kept dragging on the floor and chipping. There was no shower, you had to shower by kneeling in a bathtub due to the fact that the bathroom was so low above the tub. The lift was out of order one day so we had to walk to up to the 5th floor. We had booked two rooms and the other room was clearly bigger. When mentioning these things to the manager she said our room gets clearly the most feedback (well, no wonder) and that we would get a different room on next stay. Obviously there will not be a next stay. The only good thing was the location.

This hotel is a gem. Like a previous reviewer, I did a lot of research on Paris hotels and couldn’t have chosen better for our four night stay. The location is superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. There are free snacks and drinks in the lobby and coffee machines and kettles in the rooms. I will definitely stay here on future visits.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in Paris, and I kept coming back to this one. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, across from the Louvre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby has free water and ice, croissants. They have family games to borrow, and umbrellas for those romantic occasions of rainy Paris days. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable, quiet and roomy for a European hotel. Including a small bar fridge with water, Coke and a small wine and champagne, plus a tray of chips/crisps and a small Toblerone.||The cleaning staff were exceptional, quick, thorough and efficient, never missed a single detail . We had a two room unit and the set up was perfect. There is a main door that leads to two full bedrooms. There is a menu for a breakfast for delivery to your room for a time of your choosing for the next morning (we didn’t use this service, so I cannot comment) which I thought was an amazing offering since there is no restaurant on site. There is also a computer and printer in the lobby, we didn’t need it, but good to know it was there if we did. ||We did eat at the cafe on the opposite side of the building, called Cafe du Arts facing the Siene and the world famous bouquinistes “green boxes” for unique shopping, also made this location spectacular.||I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Paris. You will not be disappointed.

Rooms are a little snug but very nice. Staff were great and you are just across the road from the Louvre and 4 min walk to two metro stations. Would stay again
