The Grand Hotel du Palai Royal is in a category of its own for being exceptional in every category!.|The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Severine Greault, sets the tone for guests and staff with impeccable communication and thoughtful, unsurpassed hospitality. |The concierge team is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that guests have any travel needs promptly met. One of the BEST concierge team members at the property, Germain, is consistently quick to answer any questions via WhatsApp with the most detailed and warm correspondence throughout our visit.|I can not provide enough positive feedback for this exceptional gem in the heart of Paris. Everything was a 10/10 from our glorious room, the delicious restaurant, the staff that exemplifies top notch customer service and the absolutely fantastic location. |This was my second stay at The Grand Hotel du Palais Royal and I am already wishing to return for a third visit in the future. |Thank you again to the entire staff for the beautiful memories!
