The location is perfect for a visit to Paris! It’s in close proximity to The Louvre, The Seine River, as well as lots of great restaurants. The staff is friendly, helpful, & very accommodating. The buffet breakfast is wonderful! This was a repeat for me & I'm sure that I will return again to Grand Hotel du Palais Royal.

The service and people are spectacular. The location is seoncd to none. A wonderfully special luxury hotel with an immaculately attentive group of employees. If you want a respite from the over-crowded and over-done hotels, this is a MUST STAY. Thank you to the wonderful people at the Grand Hotel who exceeded our expectations - every single day. Merci!

This was our first stop on a 3 week vacation for our 25th anniversary and it was a perfect way to kick off our trip! From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left, the service was impeccable - welcoming, warm and efficient. Our room and bathroom were gorgeous and the location was perfect - an easy walk to many sights, great restaurants and the metro. We also loved how peaceful it was given the central location. We’ll definitely be back!

Delightful hotel with amazing service throughout. Rooms so comfortable and location is dream. To be located on the Right Bank to access many shops and minutes from the Louvre but also a walk over to the Left Bank it ticks many boxes. Food served at Cafe 52 offers very healthy options and lovely outdoor area during sunny days in the courtyard. The Concierge team are always on hand for help throughout the stay.

Everyone on the staff of the hotel was wonderful especially Chloe at the front desk and in the restaurant Gisellevery was very attentive. The food was excellent. We were there for 10 days. I would’ve liked more choices on the menu because of our length of stay.|Our room was all accessible for our needs.| the location of the hotel was perfect for shopping and eating

The Staff!! The Staff!! The Staff are the most helpful, caring people there ever was. We were strangers in a strange land, and they greeted us with smiles and help every single day. They met our drivers and made sure our plans and destinations were clear. They gave us excellent recommendations and made sure our accommodations were absolutely perfect from start to finish. I do wish I could go back! Just to visit with the staff. By the end of the week, I felt like we made friends. Now that says something. You can't lose by booking your stay at the Grand Hotel Du Palias Royal.

Just 1st Class from start to finish. A beautiful hotel in a perfect location with very friendly staff who could not do more for you. I am normally so underwhelmed by hotel stays across the world but if staying in Paris, stay here and you will not be disappointed.

One of the BEST concierge team members at the property, Germain, is consistently quick to answer any questions via WhatsApp with the most detailed and warm correspondence throughout our visit.|I can not provide enough positive feedback for this exceptional gem in the heart of Paris. Concierge is top notch, so helpful and all the restaurants they recommended were great! Room was clean, well decorated, and spacious. Chocolates left each night. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff were all helpful and accommodating. Very centrally located, could walk to most of the main attractions. The Louvre was only a 3-5 minute walk.

En plein coeur de la ville lumière, le Grand hôtel du Palais Royal, hôtel cinq étoiles, vous propose un brunch d’une grande qualité.
C’est simple, tout y est. Que vous soyez amateur de sucré ou de salé, les plats proposés sauront ravir vos papilles. Entre viennoiseries, pâtisseries en passant par les plateaux de fruits frais, les salades et mêmes les fruits de mers, vous trouverez de quoi vous satisfaire et passer un excellent moment. Étant précisé que tout est fait maison et confectionné par le chef, ce qui ajoute un réel plus.
Nous avons pu profiter de ce brunch en famille, et je le recommande les yeux fermés !

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal. The room was very chic and comfortable with all the luxuries of a large 6 star hotel. The highlight was the quality of the service of the concierge and general hotel staff. Everyone was outstanding and very friendly. They all went over and above what we expected. We felt totally spoilt. Having just come from a great hotel in NYC we had high expectations but the staff at the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal excelled in every way and they ensured our trip to Paris was absolutely perfect! I could not recommend this hotel more highly!
