Hotel room was pretty small, not even sure it was 150 ft2. Room had a broken towel rack and water was either boiling or really cold. Breakfast not fresh at all, with salmon smelling very strong/expired and pastries had stayed there for a while i think..

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Regence Etoile! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the added little extras, like afternoon treats in the foyer after a long day sight seeing were just lovely! The location was superb and we would definitely recommend it and hope to re-visit soon! Thank you!

Excellent Hotel very deserving of our 5* review. | A very friendly welcome and excellent customer service from all staff , we could not ask for more . Check in and check out process seamless by the reception team. The Hotel and rooms are very clean, housekeeping doing an excellent job. Lovely hotel, a 2 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the metro/RER stations. Rooms are as described and the hotel staff are friendly and efficient, with the staff responding to any problems immediately. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of food and drinks.

At the risk of repeating all the other reviews we had an excellent stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great shower and towels. Quiet - no street noise yet very convenient for metro and local restaurants. The breakfast choice was probably the best we have experienced. Can strongly recommend.

The location is perfect just minutes walk from Arc du Triomphe. Room had all basic necessities and super clean. The breakfast area is cute-small nice and is adequate with good quality food. The reception staff are super friendly and try to accommodate guests on all aspects.

Rooms were nice! Beds slept amazing and the view was pretty. A little outdated but that didn’t bother us.
The personnel was very friendly and always willing to lend a hand.
The location was good, not ideal, but good. However With the rental bikes just in front of the hotel the distances didn’t matter as much.

Hôtel très agréable qui est particulièrement bien situé, proche de l'Arc de Triomphe. Pour autant ce n'est pas bruyant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié. La literie est de qualité. Nous avons passé une très bon séjour. Très bonne expérience. Nous reviendrons.

Posizione ottimale, personale gentilissimo, colazione migliorabile ma comunque buonissimo livello (soprattutto la parte salata, sui dolci dalla pasticceria Francese ci si può aspettare di più), sarà sicuramente l’albergo anche del prossimo ritorno a Parigi

Very good hotel. Comfortable room with good facilities although provision of enough milk and coffee every morning would avoid the need to ask for more later in day. Excellent food choices at breakfast. No bar as indicated in original hotel details when booking.|Very good location.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and a brilliant breakfast. There were good facilities including free filtered water to top up bottles to reduce use of plastic and free facilities for washing and ironing clothes. It is in a great location close to a Metro station and the Arc de Triomphe. Within walking distance of The Eiffel Tower, river cruises and a short Metro journey to Norte Dame.

La stanza era spaziosa e con tutti i confort soprattutto in relazione a quello che si trova a Parigi. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta fra dolce e salato. Ottima zona ben servita da mezzi pubblici e tranquilla. Lo staff gentile e accogliente. Se dovessi tornare sceglierei senz'altro questo hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and have never been disappointed. The hotel is always clean and service is always friendly. The breakfast is always delicious and is one of our favorite features about this hotel. We will continue to come back to this hotel!

A lovely, clean hotel in a fantastic location close to the Arc de Triomphe. I had a few queries prior to our stay and the hotel responded clearly and promptly. The staff were incredibly helpful and even offered to post an item I left in the room.

Very pleasantly surprised by how great the stay was! The hotel is in a fantastic location. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Has everything we needed for the stay. Kind to the environment and provides all the guests need for a great stay. Would come back here again and maybe upgrade to a bigger room next time! The classic room we stayed in was clean and not too small at all but we'd go for a better view next time.

The hotel is placed on a French street a few mins from Arch, local train/tube Etoile and sightseeing buses near the Arch. The reception and check in was pleasant and has a lift. Our room placed on 6th floor, we had a superior twin room overlooking a courtyard. I would stay again and have a balcony, Really clean, furnishings good and it had working AC that had a heat option. Breakfast I only ate on second day and there was an ample selection. The server was wonderful. Lovely touch in the room of glass reusable large bottles for water and you can visit a refilling station. Pillows fluffily and soft, bedsheets crisp and towels also lovely.Nespresso machine in the room and more than one pod each for a coffee. Lovely waterfall shower, Gown and slippers available, and safe. Fridge and hairdryer too that came in handy! I forgot my hairbrush late at night the team found me a small new Comb which saw me through to the next day! Really pleasant stay, staff friendly and professional. Reception compact area but nice for a late drink or coffee. Everywhere nicely decorated. Can recommend for food and drink La Carnot, down the road from the hotel it has red umbrellas, lots of locals and visitors too, very good. The patisserie opposite that restaurant is a treat! Get yourself a custard slice you won’t regret it! X

This hotel is fabulous great location, two minutes to metro and Arc de Triomphe, local restaurants and boulangerie. We loved this hotel, not only for its location, the room and bathroom were a good size and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, everything you could want, the baguette and pastries were amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend and return to this hotel.

In 1986 my wife and I stayed at the Regence Etoile Hotel a few days during our honeymoon. We know ownership has changed since then but we return to the hotel anytime we are in Paris. The location is excellent, the staff is top notch and extremely helpful, the breakfast is the best, and the room and public areas are spotless. Everything shines! What more could one ask?

El hotel es muy aconsejable tanto por la ubicación como por el personal. El desayuno es muy completo parece pequeño pero tiene de todo menos leche sin lactosa ( que no es habitual en Francia)
