Hotel room was pretty small, not even sure it was 150 ft2. Room had a broken towel rack and water was either boiling or really cold. Breakfast not fresh at all, with salmon smelling very strong/expired and pastries had stayed there for a while i think..

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Regence Etoile! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the added little extras, like afternoon treats in the foyer after a long day sight seeing were just lovely! The location was superb and we would definitely recommend it and hope to re-visit soon! Thank you!

Excellent Hotel very deserving of our 5* review. | A very friendly welcome and excellent customer service from all staff , we could not ask for more . Check in and check out process seamless by the reception team. The Hotel and rooms are very clean, housekeeping doing an excellent job. The breakfast team need a shout out too the selection of food is second to none, accommodating the tastes and traditions of visitors from all over the world .| All the hotel employees did their upmost to ensure our celebration stay was just perfect, | “Thank you again”|Lorraine and Roy

Lovely hotel, a 2 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the metro/RER stations. Rooms are as described and the hotel staff are friendly and efficient, with the staff responding to any problems immediately. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of food and drinks.
