100% servicenivå. Fantastiskt litet hotell med enorm servicekänsla på personlig nivå. Alltid lyhörda och snabba att svara. Rent, fint och hygieniskt i alla delar av hotellet och även väldigt bra frukost. Området är väldigt attraktivt med några minuter till Triumfbågen. 10/10

Hotel excelente : localização , a 5 min do Metrô , estação Charles de Gaule Etoile, ao lado do Arco do Triunfo, quarto muito bom , com cama e roupas de cama excelente , chuveiro e banheira e boa iluminação e decoração , café da manhã fantástico , ficamos 7 dias mas tanto para hospedagens mais curtas ou mais longas o hotel é sensacional, equipe muito atenciosa , destaque para o Time do Café da Manhã e a Manu na recepção.

A warm welcome, a really nice and cosy room, always approachable and very helpful staff: we felt completely at ease during our stay (6 nights).|We were given a very friendly welcome and could turn to reception at any time - no matter what, we were helped with a smile.|Our room (4th floor with lift) was quiet, the beds comfortable and cosy. The breakfast buffet is extremely varied and delicious, and there are also good gluten-free alternatives on request.|Last point: the location was perfect in our eyes!
