Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Lage ist zwar gut - alles andere nicht. Mini Zimmer, abgenutzt, billige Ausstattung. Licht funktioniert nicht, Klimaanlage geht nicht. Servicekraft meinte - wir können heute nichts machen, der Techniker kommt morgen. Anderes Zimmer gab es nicht. Bio und öko Label kann leider bei der schlechten Qualität nicht helfen.

One of the best hotels in Paris. I really enjoyed and was satisfied from A to Z for the last two nights between Sunday and Tuesday. Nothing to complain. Location was great, service was great, and even breakfast was great. Worth to pay every penny.

We had a wonderful time at the Hidden Hotel. Rooms are a bit on the small side but very cosy. We had a room with balcony which was a great addition (room 101).
Most important of all the staff was fantastic. So pleasant and attentive. The interior design is warm and comfortable. Best of all was to experience the coco-mat mattress bed.

The location is very central and there are great restaurants in the area. The staff are helpful and friendly.. the room was compact but had everything we needed.. |well worth staying here .. definitely will stay again if we return to Paris .. the street is really only frequented by local traffic..

I love this hotel. I stayed there a few years ago and was happy to see it had remained quaint, comfortable and welcoming. It is a refreshing change from those cookie-cutter business hotel chains. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They recommended a local restaurant a few feet from the hotel where I had an exceptional meal, as good or better than I can find in Manhattan. I needed a florist for a bouquet to take to the home of a friend who was hosting me for dinner. The one recommended by the hotel staff was outstanding and the bouquet perfect. As regards the hotel, I would not change a thing!

Nice room in annex building. Comfortable Lounge. Cocktails great.|Better communication at check in and check out are needed to avoid mistaken charges.|My Single room was taxed as a double. Difficult refund process was not worth the effort.

Tolles, kleines Hotel in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, unglaublich nettes Personal am Empfang, beim Frühstück, an der Bar oder bei der Zimmerreinigung! Wir waren hier nicht zum ersten und auch nicht zum letzten Mal! Für uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Absolutely magical. I booked Hidden Hotel in Paris last minute for a business trip, and it turned out to be the kind of gem you almost don’t want to share—just steps from the Arc de Triomphe, yet tucked away enough to feel like your own secret escape. The design is stunning: a seamless blend of natural textures and modern minimalism that instantly puts you at ease. My room was spotless and serene—truly a haven after long work days.

Special shoutout to Fabien, the bartender/barista, who elevates the entire experience. He’s not only warm and welcoming, but also a master mixologist with impeccable attention to detail. His hospitality was a highlight of the stay.

Honestly, I struggled to leave this review because I want to keep this place to myself—but they deserve the recognition. It’s beautiful, intimate, and shockingly affordable. Just promise me you’ll treat it with the same respect it deserves. This may be my go-to for every future Paris trip.

Hôtel très bien situé, à moins de 10 min de l’Arc de Triomphe. Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre Émotion est très belle, moderne et fonctionnelle, et une jolie attention nous attendait pour un événement spécial. Merci je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir pour mon prochain séjour à Paris.

The staff were very welcoming at checkin and very helpful for a 3 day stay, recommending local restaurants which they booked on our behalf. The room was comfortable and quiet, eggs cooked to order for breakfast and it was well located to the metro. Good for a pre-dinner drink as well. Overall, everything that makes you want to stay in a boutique hotel rather than a hotel chain.

100% servicenivå. Fantastiskt litet hotell med enorm servicekänsla på personlig nivå. Alltid lyhörda och snabba att svara. Rent, fint och hygieniskt i alla delar av hotellet och även väldigt bra frukost. Området är väldigt attraktivt med några minuter till Triumfbågen. 10/10

Hotel excelente : localização , a 5 min do Metrô , estação Charles de Gaule Etoile, ao lado do Arco do Triunfo, quarto muito bom , com cama e roupas de cama excelente , chuveiro e banheira e boa iluminação e decoração , café da manhã fantástico , ficamos 7 dias mas tanto para hospedagens mais curtas ou mais longas o hotel é sensacional, equipe muito atenciosa , destaque para o Time do Café da Manhã e a Manu na recepção.

A warm welcome, a really nice and cosy room, always approachable and very helpful staff: we felt completely at ease during our stay (6 nights).|We were given a very friendly welcome and could turn to reception at any time - no matter what, we were helped with a smile.|Our room (4th floor with lift) was quiet, the beds comfortable and cosy. The breakfast buffet is extremely varied and delicious, and there are also good gluten-free alternatives on request.|Last point: the location was perfect in our eyes! The Hidden Hotel is truly a hidden gem in the city. It’s so peaceful and serene. Not to mention, it features the most romantic aesthetic with its organic, botanical decor. Seriously, it’s a nice place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Additionally, the staff of the hotel is so kind. They truly made our stay memorable.||Whenever we go back to Paris, we will definitely be staying with them again.

Gorgeous wee hotel, super friendly, incredibly comfortable and in a great location. It’s really handy for the metro, which made getting about really easy. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it ticked all the boxes. I had a great stay and can’t wait to return. I’d recommend taking advantage of the wellness options too, had a fantastic in room scrub and massage.

I've been staying at the Hidden Hotel for years. Solo, with my wife, and recently with our little baby. No matter the occasion, it always feels like coming home. ||The staff are incredibly professional and go above and beyond to make sure you're completely satisfied. From the moment you arrive, they’re there for you "just ask", and they’ll handle it with a smile. ||The breakfast is truly fit for royalty, and the service is exceptional. I always book directly through their website, and they’re always quick to assist whenever needed.|Words aren't enough to express my appreciation. I had an easy check in with the pleasant and helpful staff. The room was charming and the beds, while not US soft were softer than most European hotels. The WiFi was free and reliable. The breakfast had a very good selection, which was surprising for a boutique. The coffee was very good and it had a full coffee bar. We also got a complimentary glass of champagne, which is always nice.

Excellent, comme à chaque fois.|Nous ne nous lassons pas de ce petit bijou caché derrière son mur de verdure. Hyper bien situé dans le 17eme, des chambres belles et une literie très confortable, un petit déjeuner délicieux ( fait maison) et qui vaut le détour et toujours un personnel souriant et hyper accueillant. |Un tout grand merci ????

Le service est ce qui me tient le plus à cœur. Le Hidden Hotel offre le meilleur service que j'aie jamais eu à Paris et c'est pourquoi nous en ferons toujours notre point d'attache lorsque nous serons ici.

Bien situé, raisonnable et bien aménagé dans tous les sens du terme, c'est franchement un bonheur.

Je reviens d'un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Hidden avec ma sœur.
Honnêtement, je ne peux rien reprocher à l'hôtel, tous les membres du personnel ont été formidables, la chambre était charmante. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et les cocktails préparés par Julian étaient excellents, merci !
À toute l'équipe, merci beaucoup d'avoir facilité notre séjour et de vous être si bien occupés de nous. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et nous le recommandons à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit où séjourner à Paris.
L'hôtel se trouve à 2 minutes à pied de l'Arc de Triomphe et il y a de nombreuses stations de métro à proximité.

C'est un lieu accueillant, où l'on se sent non seulement incroyablement à l'aise, mais comme chez soi à Paris, chaque détail y est magnifique, et l'énergie qui s'en dégage dès que l'on y entre, sa délicieuse cuisine et ses thés...mais le meilleur de tout est sans doute les personnes qui y travaillent, attentives, toujours souriantes et pleines de chaleur humaine, pour moi il y a là la vraie Lumière de Paris ✨???????????? merci du fond du cœur
