路易威登基金会由建筑师弗兰克-盖里（Frank Gehry）设计，是在路威酩轩集团首席执行官伯纳德-阿诺特（Bernard Arnault）的倡议下创建的。这座线条优美的玻璃建筑已成为巴黎的标志性建筑之一。在布洛涅森林以北，这座艺术殿堂优雅地耸立着。其收藏品和临时展览展示了各种形式的当代艺术。基金会内设有 11 个展厅、一个音乐厅、一个餐厅、一个书店和三个露台，在这里可以欣赏到巴黎无与伦比的美景。

We went between expositions as that is when we were in Paris (also we had seen online that was the case before going). So, the focus was more on the architecture (there is an app to follow or they will give you a device with a headset, but you need an official photo id). Seeing how it was built, the materials used, the fact that the 3600 glass panels are all unique, etc was amazing.
The place is a marvel of both engineering and architecture well worth a visit despite not having a current exposition (note that tickets are also a lot cheaper at 4euro).
One thing that was different from the last time I was there 8 years ago is the absence of color on the glass, which was quite magical (it seems more drab, particularly on a cloudy day). You can see pictures below. Would be nice, imo, if they went back to the color.
But, as said, it's still a great place to visit in Paris.

À mi chemin entre le paquebot et le vaisseau spatial, ce musée fondation est aussi intéressant à l'extérieur par son architecture qu'à l'intérieur par ses expositions multiples et variées.

J'y suis allé en couple pour une rétrospective de Rothko. A l'exception de la queue pour la sécurité tout était parfaitement organisé et d'une façon qui sait très bien mettre en valeur l'artiste. En somme un savoir faire et un cadre de qualité. La possibilité de finir la visite dans la jardin d'acclimatation était très appréciable . On regrettera un prix d'entrée un brin excessif mais un tarif famille intéressant .
