Demande de renouvellement de passeport faite en 06/2022, standard toujours occupé, aucune personne apte à nous répondre pourquoi 1 ans après je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon passeport, ambassade corrompu après investigation on me demande 500€ pour pouvoir avoir le passeport.

Estuve esperando por mi pasaporte 1 año y en principio No debería haber tardado más de 4 meses. No responden las llamadas y cuando lo hacen no te dan soluciones.
Finalmente cuando el pasaporte esta listo, no te avisan, como sigue pasando el tiempo, llamo y me dicen que esta listo pero que necesitan dinero para enviarlo.
Un desastre! Cobran un sueldo por No hacer nada y lo poco que hacen hacerlo mal!!

Sent my documents by post more than a month ago and still not received confirmation whether they received it and is in process. No one is answering the phone or emails or the contact form on the website. Very bad service from the start.
