For one, when we arrived and were given our rooms, we were extremely surprised to be given the key to a room that when we entered, already had guests staying in! We understand that this was a mix up and that mistakes happen but this wasnt the best way to start our stay here. In addition to this, the room that we were eventually given was definitely smaller and lacked the plugs that we required for one guest to get all their work done. In addition, the heat was on high and despite us turning down the temperature, I woke up sweating through the night multiple times.
The staff did try their hardest to provide for us what we needed (bring an extension cord, etc) but it was more hassle than we had hoped for. I also really appreciate the coffee machine that was available for all guests to use 24 hours a day.
The location was great because it was only a few steps away from the nearby Metro station and across the street from a grocery store. Delicious food is walking distance away and the view of the Arc can be seen a few steps outside of the hotel!
Overall, some kinks need to be worked out.
Nous tenons à exprimer notre gratitude envers Mme Coco, dont la serviabilité exceptionnelle lors du petit déjeuner a grandement contribué à notre bien-être. Un remerciement particulier également à la réceptionniste de nuit, dont l'accueil attentionné a été très apprécié.
La suite Sancy, avec sa vue imprenable et sa propreté irréprochable, a été à la hauteur de nos attentes, offrant un cadre luxueux et confortable.
Le seul bémol de notre séjour concerne le spa, qui n'a malheureusement pas répondu à nos attentes en termes d'installations et de services.
Malgré cette légère déception, nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour son service de qualité et son ambiance raffinée.
