I just took my daughter here from Friday til today and we had a lovely stay
Rooms & hotel was lovely and clean
Staff were helpful, kind, polite
My daughter said she loved the balcony and staff were so lovely
Would definitely recommend and return again
If your willing to go for walks the Eiffel Tower was a 30min walk from here and so was the bridge (can’t remember the name of it)
The one small down fall which is no fault of the hotels, on Sunday morning someone was talking very loud outside our room and woke us up

Acabamos de pasar unos días en este precioso hotel. Es una monada de hotelito! Muy cerca del centro, tiene una ubicación expectacular. Solamente a 15 min andando del Arco del Triunfo y 20 min de la Torre Eiffel.
Tiene poquitas habitaciones, por lo que el desayuno es muy tranquilo e íntimo.
Las habitaciones tienen un toque vintage, los muebles son antiguillos pero en general en muy buen estado. En nuestro caso, tuvimos la suerte de tener una habitación con bañera, en un baño muy grande por cierto.
Lo mejor de este hotel, como de toda la cadena Meliá, son sin duda alguna sus trabajadores.
Nos recibió un recepcionista morenito que era encantador! La amabilidad y la simpatia en persona. Qué agradable hizo nuestra llegada! Ojalá recordar su nombre para ponerlo por aquí. Gracias!!
También tenemos que destacar la exquisita atención de Helena (F&B Manager), que se preocupó de todos los detalles e hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Realmente pensamos que era Guest experience por su trato maravilloso y atención. No faltó detalle durante nuestra estancia.
La limpieza fue estupenda, nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días y encontramos la estancia fresca y brillante cada vez que entrábamos al final del día. Mil gracias a esas manitas que con tanto mimo nos hicieron la cama todos los días.
Gracias a todo el personal, sois lo mejor de este hotel.
Lo recomendaría siempre, es la mejor opción para una escapada express a Paris.

The best hotel of Paris. I couldn't be happier with the magnificent experience. I truly recommend the hotel, it's lovely in every way possible.
The distribution, team, facilities and food cannot be better. This hotel will impress you from the beginning to the end. The proximity of the metro, the fancy buildings of the neighbourhood and the formidable location are unbeatable.
I want to thank everyone from the staff for making the effort to satisfy me and my family in every detail. Especially I will like to send a big hug to the reception and f&b team.
Thanks to Alicia, Valerie, Julian, Layla, Helena, Victor, Didier and all the wonderful people we met there. I will also like to send my hugs to Ms. Auditore and Mr. Tortosa for making my Paris getaway unforgettable. I hope to see you all very soon.

Bonitas instalaciones y ubicación inmejorable para poder visitar los principales puntos de interés turístico. Check-in rápido y exhaustivo y trato súper atento por parte de todo el personal. Desde la camareras de pisos a los chicos de recepción y de sala nos han hecho sentir como en casa con su trato amable y su cortesía. Cama muy cómoda y decoración de la habitación elegante. Desayuno rico y muy variado. Un agradecimiento especial a la Srta. Bruna que como buena anfitriona nos ha dado muchos consejos y ha hecho que nuestra visita fuese inmejorable. Volveremos!

We had a great time visiting the hotel and having a drink at the lounge.

It is easy to book, check in, and enjoy the room, along with a prime location.
The room is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. the bed was a bit bouncy and firm for my liking.
The toilet is right in front of a wall, which is tight for a tall person like me. The bathroom needs a refresh as the bathtub has some marks, and water pressure needs to improve, especially when washing your hair.

Cosy hotel, polite stuff,small elevator , breakfast similar to other hotels with the same price. We loved the location close enough to champs Elysees but also quiet..The room was fine ,bathroom was excellent.

Cute small hotel in the middle of Paris. Best choice if you want to avoid the crowded area of the champs elysees. The room was small but yet nice and clean. The bathroom space was good.

Sus habitaciones tienen un gran encanto y gracias al cuidado de cada detalle por parte del personal se logra que te sientas como en casa.
