Nice hotel, room was small but clean. Nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast good. Close to bus , metro, restaurants and stores. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and Champs d'Elysees.

Ficamos uma noite no hotel pq perdemos o horário no nosso checkin em outro lugar. O recepcionista noturno Bimal nos ajudou imensamente a conseguir um quarto e foi muito gentil e solícito. As instalações do hotel são antigas, mas tudo funcional. O quarto é enorme, confortável e elegante, foi uma surpresa inesperada mas boa!

The staff at this hotel could not be nicer or more accommodating! The room was super comfortable and we loved being able to open the windows! The location and breakfast were also wonderful!
We plan to stay here again when we return to Paris!

Très bien situé, petit hôtel de quartier. Remarquable accueil. Simplicité d'enregistrement. Chambres certes petites mais très bien équipées. Petite salle de douche merveilleusement décorée. Marbre noir aux liserets or. Beau miroir bien éclairé.
Garde des bagages pendant mon absence et même bagages montés dans ma chambre à mon retour.
Très beau quartier. Chambres bien insonorisées.
Un point d'amélioration, la moquette elimées à remplacer.
Très beau bureau et décoration chic.
Personnel disponible, courtois et à l'écoute.
Je recommande.

Back from our four night stay and overall very happy with our stay. The Hotel is within walking distance from The Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe with a Metro Station close by as well. Lots of restaurants within an easy walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable (bed a bit firm for us but that’s a personal view) and location is spot on. We stayed ‘room only’ so didn’t try the breakfast but there’s loads of coffee shops and bakeries nearby. Certainly recommended for a city break stay if you’re going to París.

Necesita una actualización. Si abres las ventanas muchas telarañas. El desayuno bueno, pero 30€ por persona es caro. El personal de recepción tiene poca información del hotel y alrededores. |Hay otras opciones mejores yo creo. |Lo mejor de este es la ubicación.

Nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre trois heures plus tôt que prévu. La chambre correspond aux standards parisiens pour cette catégorie de prix. Rien à signaler concernant l’hébergement. Le personnel s’est montré très accueillant ; nous remercions vos équipes.

Once you enter the hotel, you are getting into a beautiful French building with amazing details everywhere. They kept the authenticity of the legacy style whereas ensuring everything is working perfectly fine and on par with today’s technology. Location is at the heart of Paris. I have been walking to Champs Elysees and several other locations easily. Recommended for solo travelers and couples.

Bad customer service and not maintained. We had ordered lux king large rooms they refuse and we get twin small rooms. Maintenance where too bad and building had cracks which is not 4* hotel standard. Food was ok but not have more choices and the same menu every day.

We booked king bedrooms and we get twin. The rooms and entire building have not meet 4* standard. Everything is small and old, have no handicap standards and bad maintenance except the food. Definitely not recommend.

Ужасные номера. Если захотите помыться в душе, то это практически невозможно если только вы не любитель контрастного душа. Вода постоянно меняет температуру. В другом номере унитаз стоял настолько вплотную к стене, что на него практически невозможно сесть. Звукоизоляции в номерах никакой. Слышно абсолютно все: от лифтов, до соседей.

La ubicación es magnífica y lo mejor de todo el personal. Desde que llegas hasta que te vas te hacen sentir como en tu casa. Pendientes de cualquier necesidad que tengas. Un 10 a Meliá por su selección de personal en los hoteles. Enhorabuena

Un hotel encantador .. somos empleados también de Meliá y nos gusta hospedarnos en la cadena de nuestros hoteles ???? en este hotel nos han tratado muy bien ???? desde la recepción hasta los de cocina .. estupendo todo limpio siempre , al entrar ofrecen algo para tomar y picotear un poco .. las habitaciones muy limpias .. queremos agradecer a Carlos el chico de recepción una persona muy amable .. ???? también queremos agradecer a Xiomara, salah , María Gaby .. chicos de cocina y sala estupendos .. cuentan con un buen director los trata muy bien y el señor es muy educado

This hotel is a gem, the whole staff are so accommodating and kind and made our stay very personal every morning with our breakfast the staff added a heart, smile, sun it made us feel so special and welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here next time in Paris!

Hotel pequeño, situado en el corazón de París.
Nos alojamos en una habitación estándar que tenía una terraza (o pequeño solarium) con vistas a la torre Eiffel: impresionante.
Fuimos con puntos Meliá, pero la tarifa suele ser muy alta durante casi todo el año.

We want to thank the Melià Team at Melià Champs Elysées for providing such a unique, tailored to our needs and well thought after service. They even surprised us with an upgrade to a higher room class because they've seen, that we've got married and are on our honeymoon. The hotel is located in a nice part of the city, where almost everything is in walking distance. Rooms are not that spaceous but that is the same in all of paris. Taxis/Ubers are available in a very short amount of time (all the time). We will definitely come back to enjoy the great treatment again.

Espectacular, inmejorable trato humano. Especial mención a Elena y a Natalia que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Habitación super limpia, y acogedora. Los colchones muy cómodos. La ubicación inmejorable, a un salto de la entrada del metro. Y el desayuno una maravilla. Experiencia muy satisfactoria.
