Chambre très confortable, idéalement placé à deux pas de la station métro et à 20 minutes à pied de la Tour eiffel, petit jardin pour se poser ou prendre un repas, et surtout un personnel agréable et à l'écoute, Merci Farouk pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Our family stayed at Hotel De L’Avre for one night, and we were genuinely impressed by the charm, comfort, and location this boutique hotel offers.||||Location:||The hotel is situated on a quiet residential street in the 15th arrondissement, just a short walk from the La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle metro station. This made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city — we reached the Eiffel Tower in under 15 minutes on foot. The area felt very safe and local, with bakeries, cafés, and shops nearby.||||Room:||Our family room was small but beautifully decorated in classic Parisian style. It was very clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like crisp linens, vintage-style furniture, and soft lighting. The garden-facing view added a calm, relaxing feel — a rare treat in a busy city like Paris. Although space was limited (as is typical for Paris), it was enough for a short stay and didn’t feel cramped.||||Service:||The staff were welcoming and warm from the moment we arrived. They spoke English and were more than happy to help with local recommendations and directions. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable, even during our brief stay.||||Amenities & Breakfast:||While the hotel is modest in size and doesn't offer extensive amenities, everything they do provide is done with care. The continental breakfast was served in a quaint room overlooking the courtyard and included fresh croissants, bread, jam, coffee, and juice — simple but delicious. There is also an elevator and luggage storage available, which was helpful given we had a child and bags.||||Overall Impression:||Hotel De L’Avre was the perfect stopover for our family in Paris — peaceful, charming, and well-located. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable one-night stay, with that extra bit of warmth that makes a place memorable. We would gladly return, especially for short trips where location, service, and charm matter most.
