Quaint older hotel not far from the Eiffel Tower. On a quiet street but steps to Metro station. Staff was very welcoming and my room was comfortable. Very clean and with French antique decor. Great value.

My stay at the Avre hotel was amazing. This hotel is in a good location, right next to the subway. Close to the Eiffel Tower, and many cafes, bars, and restaurants. The staff is very friendly. Convenient check in and check out. My experience was very positive.

We stayed for 4 nights and we loved out stay. The location was perfect to tour around the Paris. Not lot of noise at night . Hotel receptionist Farouk was so helpful and nice, always smiling and greeting. We would be back here when we are planning for another Paris

It was nice and clean overall!! We stayed in 1 double bedroom and I think it was perfect for 2 people. The bathroom was small but it was doing the job done. You could eat in the 0th-floor dining area whenever you want! Farouk was really nice and all of the other desk people were nice too. Recommend!

Un hôtel adorable, cosy, bien tenu. Un accueil des plus aimable, très professionnel, convivial. Un jardin pour le petit déjeuner et se détendre, dont je compte bien profiter la prochaine fois. J’y reviendrais avec plaisir pour affaire ou en amoureux.

Great location. Rooms are small and not very comfortable. Not enough pillows and a step in shower. The staff were nice, we did not have breakfast at the hotel, there are better bakeries and cafes to go to in the area. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower

Lovely overnight stay right before leaving Paris. Nice 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower at sunset was the perfect goodbye to Paris. The rooms are clean, cozy and charming. i would stay here again.

It was very clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like crisp linens, vintage-style furniture, and soft lighting. The garden-facing view added a calm, relaxing feel — a rare treat in a busy city like Paris. Although space was limited (as is typical for Paris), it was enough for a short stay and didn’t feel cramped.||||Service:||The staff were welcoming and warm from the moment we arrived. They spoke English and were more than happy to help with local recommendations and directions. Super cute, klassiek Frans hotel. Sfeervolle en comfortabele kamer, leuk uitzicht op de tuin, waar je kunt ontbijten (ook lekker ontbijt). Hele lieve mensen. ???? Buurtje is ook top, veel leuke terrasjes, vlakbij de metro, Eiffel op loopafstand.

Very accommodating and kind service! Kept our bags as long as we needed! Quiet location, and charming rooms that felt exetremely comfortable and clean. Great location as well within close proximity to the metro stop. We felt well conneted!

Good, clean, warm and friendly, well located. Especially farroukh at reception desk greeted us warmly. Hotel is centrally located and we'll within reach. The interiors are quite charming like a small home. It's a valuable investment living in middle of Paris. Also has a garden.

Awesome hotel. In a quiet side street of the city, tucked between other buildings. The garden room was quaint and quiet. The staff was super friendly and always available to help us with whatever we needed, and the room was well-cleaned and comfortable! Super close to the metro (3 minute walk), lots of shops and dining. Definitely recommend!

Well situated in the center area of Paris. Price can be reduced further. Metro station is at 100m. Rooms ae a bit small but what can you expect in Paris. Wheelchair accessible. Not sure on the parking part.

Bonjour, la taille de la chambre 15 que j'ai occupé n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles, j'ai plutôt eu l'impression de dormir dans un couloir.
Le prix du petit déjeuner, 13€, n'est, de mon point de vue, pas en rapport avec ce qui est servi : rien de frais, pas de choix.
Le personnel en revanche est très agréable et l'emplacement, près du métro, mais sans nuisance, est idéal.

Hôtel situé dans une rue calme, très proche du métro et des commerces sans en avoir les nuisances, idéal pour un cour séjour sur Paris. La chambre et la salle de bain sont petites mais bien équipées (coffre fort, sèche cheveux, bouilloire...). Le petit déjeuné est copieux et servi à table. Personnel professionnel et souriant.

The rooms are small, but beautiful. Close to everything. Friendly staff, continental brakefast. If I come back to Paris, I'll stay again.
