Das Personal war absolut unfreundlich und das Zimmer bestenfalls mittelmäßig, auf den Fluren hat es gestunken und die Parkgarage hat, anders als auf der Buchungswebsite beschrieben 25 statt 15 Euro gekostet. Das frechste war jedoch, dass es überhaupt keine Parkmöglichkeit gab für unser Auto von 2m Höhe, da die Parkgarage (wegen der wir das Hotel überhaupt gebucht hatten) nur 1,90m hoch war (was nirgendwo stand). Wir wurden dann zu einem öffentlichen Parkplatz geschickt, bei dem die Parkgebühren stundenweise anfielen. Das Gute an dem Hotel war jedoch die Nähe zur nächsten Ubahnstation.

The hotel is extremely run down and infested with insects. My first room had insects (that looked like bed bugs) on the bed, I immediately asked for a room change. The second room was infested with ants, had leak damage on the ceiling and looked poorly maintained. I decided to stay in it, but only used it for sleeping.

It's fine, but not nice. The rooms are dingy and sort of smelled. Clearly some past water damage. The floor is stained. The shower, because of how it is designed, sprays water onto the floor. I could not make the heaters do anything.

That said, the shower worked, there's a small refrigerator, the room was quiet, and my window opened. The bed and pillows were actually quite decent, though the mattress cover kept coming off.

Was fairly good price and conveniently located near the convention center and Metro 12 line.

Probably would not stay here again.

Accueil très long, heureusement que j’ai suivis ce que faisait la réceptionniste (peu rapide d’ailleurs ) sinon mes réservations (réglées) n’auraient était validées que pour 1 nuit au lieu de 2. Les appartements ont largement besoin d’un coup de jeune, meubles abîmés, salle de bain avec de nombreuses taches de moisissures.

Experiencia fatal,primero llegamos y enseñandole la hoja de la reserva nos decia que no estaba reservado..
Un chico desagradable nos toco y encima no nos entendia,llamo a su compañero y por fin..tuve que llamar a la de la agencia y hablo con ellos y al final sii era verdad que la reserva estaba..
Lo minimo que hubieran podido hacer si no lo encontraban que nos dijeran esperaros un momento no enseguida a qui no teneis ninguna reserva y tambien veniamos de disney

El comedor super pequeño para almorzar

This hotel is full of BEDBUGS! When we told the receptionist she wasn't even surprised! She said that they gonna give us another room, but when we came back to the reception after some time, they started to gaslight us! They told us to go to the pharmacy to "check if those are bedbugs bites"! They didn't want to change ours linens (they want from us to pay extra for that)! Only after we show them a photo of a bug they give us another room.
The whole hotel is just dilapidated, mould and many things are broken (our bathroom doors didn't closed). Clearly, none cares here about maintenance and the same amount of care they put to cleaning.
The overall lack of hospitality hits you at every point of your stay. Receptionists don't communicate with each other. You need a code to get to the hotel, but none give us. They asked as to pay for breakfast after we already paid for it (they did the same to at least 4 other gusts).

Basically, this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. I CAN'T RECOMMEND! Stay away!

Appart'hôtel idéalement situé à proximité du parc des Expositions, à 20' de la Tour Eiffel, des restaurants à proximité (le Pentagone est à recommander).
Nous avions loué un appartement pour 4 personnes, très spacieux (nous avons été agréablement surpris par la grandeur de la chambre et de l'appartement).
La cuisine très bien équipée, literie très confortable, résidence calme, propre.
Dans les temps à venir, un coup de peinture serait un plus....
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour parisien, et cette résidence y a contribué

Nous avons loué pour 4 personnes. Le logement un peu vétuste mais bien agencé. Literie convenable. Par contre gros gros problème d’odeur dans les WC, il ne faut surtout pas laisser la porte ouverte après utilisation sous peine d’infester tout le logement !!!
Autre point négatif. L’accueil !!! Nous sommes arrivés vers 17h30 pour prendre possession de la location et avons eu le sentiment de déranger la jeune fille chargée de nous donner le pass. Si vous aimez l’amabilité et les sourires passez votre tour ????
