Une souris dans la chambre 201 prise en flagrant délit de manger mes gaufres sur le plan de travail????. Une honte!!! Jamais vu ça auparavant, heureusement on m'a changé de chambre à minuit. Sinon l'emplacement est bien et chambre spacieuse mais vieillissante.

It was an awful experience. First of all, the pictures in the website don’t match the reality of the hotel facilities. It shows modern and clean room, when in reality it’s old, broken furniture, stained walls, mold in the floors and bathroom, insects, etc.

Not only the pictures were misleading, the room the gave us was unsafe, the door lock was broken and we couldn’t locked the door properly. We told the reception stuff but they told us the hotel was full and it wasn’t possible to do anything.

Este hotel es un antro,la habitación muy mal,destrozada,el lavavo no funcionaba,el microondas roto,la puerta de la habitación que daba al pasillo no se cerraba,enchufes con los cables fuera,rodapies rotos ,pintura desconchada,humedades,lo que viene siendo una cutredad,si yo se esto antes a la de la agencia de viajes le digo que vaya ella.Le doy una estrella porque no puedo marcar ninguna.

The place could do with a paint job. The staff are nice and explain everything but I think a lot of people forget that English may not be their native language and so some things may be lost in translation but we had no problems and were always greeted politely. The place is right beside a street with supermarkets and restaurants, plenty of choice. And it’s a nice walk to the centre.
