I had the worst stay in Parc Hotel Paris in the end of Februrary 2025. I had booked my room on their website which was a mistake - I should have used a booking platform so I take responsibility of my naivete. |First of all, welcome back to the nineties. This place has not seen any remodeling this century. |You've got nasty carpets and sticky dirty wallpapers (I will leave it to your imagination). Moldy bathroom ceiling and paper thin walls. Yes, you can hear your next door neighbor moaning as they are copulating so it sounds like someone is in your bed. Luckily he was a one minute man so it was a brief annoyance. |Since I was wide awake I DID FIND SOMEONE IN MY BED! .......It was a bedbug. How disgusting! |I have heard stories of Parisian hotels but again, I have been very naive at this point. |So, now I definitely cannot fall asleep so I catch the poor bedbug and I take it to the reception. I tell the receptionist that it is unacceptable and I need to change my room. He didn't strike me as the most sharpest tool in the shed so he mumbled something unintelligible and said they are fully booked. I asked to find me an alternative (e.g. a room in a different hotel) but he was unresponsive. Finally I hand him the bed bug in a tissue and say I can not possibly stay there. He looks at the bug, squashes it and says "It's not bug". WTF?! Are you freaking serious? He did not apologize nor offer any sort good customer service. Just went back to staring his computer screen and did not engage in the conversation any further. This is the worst encounter I have had anywhere. |So, after a sleepless night with a light on I see more of the bed bugs but what's the point of bringing this up if "it's not bug", right? I book myself a different hotel and in the morning I will go and check myself out. The lady at the reception had professional attitude and apologized. We discussed me leaving the hotel and getting a refund for the nights I did not intend to stay for. I asked to be refunded right away but she claimed she is just a mere worker and only her manager (who is out of town, of course) could do it. Naturally I was supposed to e-mail the hotel to get the refund as there was no other way. She confirmed me the amount which I were to get back and said that the refund normally takes three days. GUESS WHAT?! |It took a LOT OF E-MAILING and A LOT OF TIME and NERVES. I never got the amount I was promised (received about 40 eur less than promised) and it took me more than a month to get my money back. |So, in a nutshell: don't ever give this hotel your business unless you hate yourself. Worst place ever!

Room is small but why does it matter you are only sleeping there. The opening into the shower doors it quit small, I'm sure that on really thin people would not have difficulty getting in and out.

Bonne emplacement. Propre. Bruyant malheureusement entre le passage des chambres et la route.

Hôtel très bien situé, le personnel est également très aimable. Rapport qualité prix plutôt correct.
La chambre est bien decoree, il y’a du café du thé et une bouilloire. Les placards sont plutôt grands et pratiques.
Cependant il manque un peu de propreté. Il y avait de la poussière sur la table de nuit et la lampe de chevet. Dans la salle de bain, bcp de moisissures qui pourraient être nettoyés simplement (il m’a suffit de gratter avec mes doigts pour en enlever un peu). Manque de pression également dans l’eau de la douche.
La chambre n’est pas insonorisée donc on entend tout le bruit des voisins ainsi que de la rue.

Hotel vicino capolinea bus, vicino metropolitana, camera pulita, anche il bagno con tutto il necessario. Ambiente caldo e rilassante, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ci siamo trovate bene, io e mia figlia. Grazie di tutto, Adriana

Había tranquilidad era muy seguro y bonito. Me puede comunicar bien con el recepcionista y tiene un servicio de habitación muy bueno.

Un charmant petit hôtel proche de Montparnasse au calme avec un accueil et un service irréprochables..A recommander .Ne pas hésiter à y retourner

Finally, when I payed I have been promised room on the 5 th floor that I saw during my visit but after I ended up with room on 2 nd floor which was on the street with passing cars, that felt like scam!

C’est la première fois que je tombe sur ce genre de chose.
Allez, on va voir ailleurs.

Très bon accueil. Mais un hall d’accueil etroit et très petit ascenseur.Orientations, conseils. Chambre confortable. Salle de bain impeccable. Mais rien qui ne justifie un prix si élevé pour un 3* Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner continental à 15€ dans la salle du bas sans aucun charme.

Chambres petite et salle de bain riquiqui avec une porte en verre. Si vous êtes en couple et pudiques c'est insupportable de demander à l'autre de sortir si vous voulez aller aux toilettes ! Écran plat avec un son inaudible. (J'ai changé de chambre c'était le même problème). Insonorisation inexistante. Il faut emporter des boules quies pour pouvoir dormir... Pas de ménage en 3 jours !|Point positif : c'est propre et le personnel est très gentil.

Personnel agréable et petits déjeuners remarquables. Très bien placé, 25 mn à pieds de Montparnasse et quelques minutes du parc de Montsouris. Deux bémols : de la moquette partout… bof pour les allergiques et, même si la salle de bain et fonctionnelle et plutôt jolie, il ne faut pas être en surpoids pour aller à la douche. L’acces est alors ric-rac… rapport qualité prix correct.

Le personnel est vraiment super gentil et à l’écoute. J’avais une réunion à 11h donc ils ont nettoyé ma chambre en premier pour que je puisse la faire dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Accueil 24/24. Super expérience pour un séjour économique dans Paris et pas en dehors.

Overall, our hotel room was clean and comfortable. However, we encountered two significant issues during our stay. Firstly, while attempting to close the glass sliding door to the bathroom, it unexpectedly came off its hinges, causing injuries to both my fiancée and myself. Despite informing the staff, their response seemed solely focused on potential damage to the room rather than our well-being. This raises concerns about the design and construction of the rooms. Secondly, we were overcharged for the city tax, with the actual amount totaling €20.8 for a two-night stay for two people, despite booking indicating a charge of €1.88 per person per night. This suggests either misleading information on the booking platform or an erroneous charge by the hotel. These issues require attention and resolution. We hope for a satisfactory response from the hotel management regarding these matters.

Personnel aimable. Hôtel vieillissant, moquette tâchée, sol qui grince, porte de salle de bain ne laissant aucune intimité.

J'ai été surpris que l'on me demande un dépôt de garantie alors que la chambre était payée

L'hôtel est bien situé au centre et proche des transports en commun. L'acceuil des clients est satisfaisant mais les chambres sont assez petites et pas insonorisées. Je ne le conseille pas pour des sejours en famille. On a entendu la chambre 304 de 4 à 8 du matin expérience assez désagréable

Mój narzeczony wcześniej opisał już tu naszą historię lecz chce tu wtrącić kilka moich spostrzeżeń. Rano przygotowując się do powrotu chciałam wziąć szybki prysznic. Otwierając drzwi do łazienki szyba wypadła z prowadnic. Stało się tak ponieważ jedno z kółek odleciało od całości konstrukcji. Mój partner składał właśnie ubrania nachylając się nad łóżkiem a szyba leciała wprost na jego głowę !!! Zablokowałam szybę co doprowadziło do otarć na mojej ręce i nodze, szyba również uderzyła w dłoń mojego partnera. Zgłosiliśmy ten fakt na recepcji. Jedyne o co spytali to czy nic się nie uszkodziło w pokoju. Bo gdyby się uszkodziło można by nas obciążyć kosztami! Nie przeprosili, nie pytali się jak się czujemy! Zero zainteresowania!
Zajmuje się projektowaniem wnętrz zawodowo. Do mojej opinii zamieszczam zdjęcie urazu oraz feralnej konstrukcji. Szybkie objaśnienie czemu taka sytuacja miała miejsce. Prowadnica tego typu to tani system który nie przewiduje udźwigu takiego ciężaru. Projektowałam hotele. Nigdy nie decyduje się na takie rozwiązanie szynowe gdyż jest mocno wadliwe a incydenty tego typu są mocno prawdopodobne. Szyba do takiego przesuwu ma zbyt wielką masę a koła tego nie wytrzymują i wypadają. Takie rozwiązanie jest w większości pokoi. Proszę pomyśleć o dzieciach na które może zlecieć taka ciężka szyba! Ten hotel nie stawia na bezpieczeństwo a jedynie na zysk! Lepiej zapłacić więcej i nie ryzykować zdrowiem naszym lub ludzi nam bliskich.
Co do odpowiedzi :
Kontaktowaliśmy się z Booking, dostaliśmy informację, że Hotel zignorował celowo naszą sprawę. Jeśli manager myśli, że będziemy po takiej sytuacji i reakcji chcieli wróci w to miejsce by dać rabat na kolejny pobyt, chyba ma dobre poczucie humoru.

Tout est super bien fait. Personnel très courtois et professionnel. Chambre à la hauteur de mes attentes et très bien desservi au transport. 5/5 partout !

Camere troppo ristrette, soprattutto il bagno (senza bidet ovviamente) molto scomodo. Pavimento con mochette scricchiolante.

Una stella anche perché ci siamo trovati a pagare una tassa di soggiorno differente da quella concordata tramite prenotazione booking.

Pagato in anticipo, restavano da pagare € 30 della tassa di soggiorno, all’arrivo in hotel ci hanno richiesto ben € 83, per fortuna che booking ci ha risarcito i 50 euro in più pagati.
Se non pagavi non ti davano le camere.
Camere piccole, ed in uno dei giorni del soggiorno è venuta a mancare l’acqua calda.
Peccato perché il personale è cordiale e le camere sono dotate dei comfort standard di un 3 stelle.
