Service:
Gut – aufmerksam und höflich.

Essen:
Die Vorspeisen, Foie Gras und pochierte Eier, waren gelungen.
Der Hauptgang, Cote de Boeuf, war sehr groß. Die frites maison waren ausgezeichnet. Die Sauce Béarnaise war kräftig gewürzt – meiner Partnerin allerdings etwas zu scharf. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gegart, jedoch nicht besonders zart.

Ambiente:
Die Tische stehen sehr eng beieinander. Etwas mehr Platz wäre wünschenswert. Unser Tisch war zudem zu klein für das Menü.

Very attentive staff and excellent food! I started with poached eggs surrounded by a blue cheese sauce. This was a pleasant flavor combo I didn't expect. Their Coq au vin is well prepared and excellent. I would highly suggest reserving a table!! Would definitely visit again when returning to Paris.

Ricordatevi di prenotare, perché trovare un tavolo libero senza prenotazione richiede una grossa dose di fortuna! Non ho mai mangiato così bene in Francia: dall'antipasto al dolce é stato estasiante. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente adeguato. Anche i vini meritano! Consigliato al 100% ????????????????????

Plat bon mais sans plus, au lieu du choux fleur écrit sur le menu, on nous sert des patates sautées (c'est quand on demande pourquoi que l'on nous informe qu'il n'y a plus de choux fleur...)

Würden wir in Paris wohnen, wäre es unser Stammlokal. Sehr freundlich, unprätentiös und tolle Atmosphäre. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend mit gutem Essen.

Me encanto poder sentarme en un restaurante en Paris donde se veía que todos eran franceses. El concepto es un menu de 4 tiempos con precio fijo. La comida muy buena, los quesos increíbles y la atención magnífica. Parecía que conocían a la mayoría de los comensales.

Soirée anniversaire d'un de mes garçons qui a eu 22ans.
En famille, nous etions 8 et c'était comme d’habitude, extra.

J'y suis allée vers le 17 janvier 25.
Cuisine traditionnelle..
Bon pavé de biche mais purée tout juste chaude--- fondant au chocolat moelleux au centre mais trop sec sur le pourtour.
Serveurs aimables,mais une serveuse parle trop fort--- la salle est très petite ...atmosphère assez bruyante.
Comptez 65 euros/ personne avec un verre de vin et entrée + plat + dessert.

I was stationed in Paris for six months several years ago. I used to come to this restaurant quite often. I came back to Paris and OMG it still has the quality that I remember. If you are in Paris and want to experience a true French cuisine, come to this restaurant. The fix price menu is less than $50 euros and it is worth each penny.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée dans ce restaurant traditionnel avec un très bon repas.
Le service a été excellent, c'est suffisamment rare pour le noter. Merci.
Le foie gras maison était bon et bien relevé, juste je pense qu'il aurait été encore meilleur avec 2-3 jours de frigo de plus. La sauce aux champignons du tournedos Rossini était très bonne, j'aurais bien aimé en avoir un peu plus.
Et attention la mousse au grand Marnier, c'est du grand Marnier versé sur la mousse. ;-)
Excellent soirée, un bon souvenir. Au plaisir de revenir.

“Practically perfect in every way.” This is the best bistro in Paris and it’s not close. The service is phenomenal! I don’t speak a word of French and everyone one was so helpful and made great recommendations for someone who was visiting Paris for the first time. The food is amazing but by far the best dish is the coq au vin. Last but not least everything is very affordable. I got an appetizer entree dessert wine and coffee all under 50 Euros! I will return soon hungry for more.
