Un hôtel parfait, très central (dans un quartier très agréable et vivant, plein de jolies boutiques et de restaurants), des chambres extrêmement propres et silencieuses (rare à Paris!), un petit déjeuner varié et copieux (viennoiseries, pain frais, pancakes, fruits, fromages, céréales...) et un personnel très gentil et disponible. Nous avons fait un voyage de groupe (nous étions une dizaine) et nous avons pris plusieurs chambres. Tout était parfait. Impossible je pense de trouver mieux pour ce prix à Paris. Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre disponibilité et votre patience avec notre groupe!

Not worth the price.
The room was not clean upon arrival—there were stains on the sheets and dust everywhere. When we asked for housekeeping, they took hours to respond. Definitely expected more for the rate we paid.

I do not recommend staying here during your time in Paris.
Our experience was disappointing. For two full days, the entire hotel was without hot water—none of the guests were able to shower during that time. Early each morning, we had to listen to other guests shouting over the phone, demanding a solution.
While some guests were offered free breakfast as compensation, this was not extended to everyone. When we raised our concerns, the staff refused to offer any form of compensation. One of the night staff even remarked that we should have complained earlier, which was both unhelpful and unprofessional.
Overall, the reception staff were inattentive and dismissive throughout our stay.

On top of that, as the walls are super thin, we were woken up at 6am by another guest screaming to the hotel staff demanding a solution.
We had a very bad time.
