We were looking forward to trying out this new restaurant. And it delivered on all levels! We enjoyed the 11 courses meal (appetizers and friandises included) and were blown away again and again during the night. Tuna fish with tomato, Yuzu sorbet with grilled leaves, lobster rolls with plum - an absolut delight. It ended with a variety of chocolat. Pure heaven. And our waitress and the sommelier were kind, helpful and fun! This was for sure the highlight of our Paris trip!

Lieu agréable, cuisine recherchée mais bouchées trop peu savoureuses - savoir faire durer le plaisir par un bon équilibre plutôt que pas un temps qui devient trop long. (Beaucoup de bouchées en sauce assez fortes et salées qui déguisent certains mets).

Trotz der großen Bemühungen des Personals, entsteht durch die ungünstige räumliche Aufteilung des Restaurants ständig Hektik. Das Personal hat mehr damit zu tun, logistische Aufgaben zu bewältigen, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Besonders ärgerlich ist die Position der Toilette, die ganz unmittelbar an den Gastraum angrenzt. Das führt, wenn man in der Nähe der Toilette platziert ist, zu Geruchsbelästigung und zu ständiger Unruhe

Un merveilleux voyage gastronomique.La diversité des saveurs et l'originalité des plats nous font explorer des univers tous différents. Bravo au chef et aussi à son équipe. Le service est à la hauteur des plats.Nul doute que l'étoile de cet établissement brillera longtemps.

The food was nice but not memorable as other reviews have said despite having a Michelin star. What really let this place down was the pacing and the service. The service was not to the level you would expect for a Michelin star and the pacing was incredibly slow - we waited at times up to 30 minutes between courses which is far too slow for how small each course was. We had to top up our own water and our own wine (we ordered a bottle) which is not expected in a restaurant of this quality and for the price that you pay. In addition, as it was nearly midnight (we had been in the restaurant for 3.5 hours at this stage) and we had not received all of the desserts, I requested the bill and if it would be possible to take the petit fours away. This was not accommodated despite initially saying that was possible. The waiter also then served every other table around us their bill (despite no one else requesting it) before coming to us over 30 minutes after the request. Felt purposeful and left an incredibly sour taste of the restaurant.
