This is hands down the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! I booked a reservation for my Mom's surprise birthday trip. We traveled from the U.S. The rooms were nothing like the online portrayal. We were then 'upgraded' to a room on the top floor, supposedly, one of their best. The outside sound was so loud, it became completely unbearable, not to mention, the room was cold. There were (2) space heaters in the room. They weren't adequate enough to properly heat the room. After a couple of hours of these HORRIBLE conditions, we decided to check out. As I was assisting the Uber driver placing the luggage in the trunk, my Mom fell, while existing the establishment. The owner, Sophie refused to give us any refunds! I would STEER CLEAR of this 'FARCE' of a hotel, if you want to enjoy your stay here in Paris! I would give this place a ZERO star rating, if it was an option. I would best describe this establishment as a 'tiny hotel,' yet they want to charge a premium rate. Lastly, it appears that 'they' are trying to manipulate their Google rating by not showing the lowest reviews. I feel an obligation to share our terrible experience at this hotel!!!

We stayed at Le Citizen hotel for our last night on our European holiday. Staff were really friendly and provided some great food and sightseeing recommendations for us. It’s a small boutique hotel which we loved, modern and contemporary space. The location is beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting in their small cafe space, drinking nice rosè and watching the world go by. Travelling with small backpacks meant we could easily walk to Gare du Nord to catch the train to the airport. Big thanks to the team at Le Citizen.

Schöne, wenn auch sehr belebte Gegend. Trotz geschlossenen Fenster war es laut in der Nacht - aber das ist eben Paris :). Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr gut. Frühstück klein aber fein.

Locations was incredible.
Breakfast was delightful; Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Staff was incredible friendly and helpful.

Will make my way back here my next Paris visit.
