The hotel is well-located, but unfortunately, the service and communication left much to be desired.
During my stay, part of the hotel was under renovation, which meant there was no designated breakfast area. Guests were expected to either stand in the hallway or have breakfast in their rooms. It would have been appreciated if this inconvenience had been communicated beforehand.
My room was small and cozy, but noise was an issue. I was woken up several times during the night by a mechanical noise resembling a water pump coming from the building.
Additionally, communication with the staff was frustrating. Despite requesting an invoice under my company’s name both in advance and several times after my stay, I never received it.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of clear communication and service issues significantly impacted my experience.e
The hotel is currently under renovation (the lobby), but that does not change how friendly the staff is, attention to your needs, and delicious croissants and pain au chocolat in the morning.
The location is prime!
Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back for the New-York style pizza and coffee shop!

Es wird gerade unten etwas umgebaut (Jan 25), man kam uns deshalb sehr entgegen. War aber auch keine große Störung für uns.
Tolle Parislage (aber klar - deswegen auch etwas lauter). Schöner Ausblick auf Canal.

Not the most spacious rooms for bigger families, however they’re equipped with everything you need from a coffee machine to a steamer, along with small terraces with an amazing view of the canal (great for people watching;). They’re also quite comfortable with a modern, clean design.
Cependant, j'avais réservé la chambre Junior K et elle mériterait un coup de frais : une des vitres est brisée, et dans la salle de bain il y a pas mal de trous/coups non rebouchés, et le flexible de douche n'est pas assez long pour de doucher debout.
You could really feel french, safe, stylish and 10 years younger. ???? Quite a millennial feell to it.
And this is mostly because of the lovely, attentive, casual , interesting chats, and funny employee like Chaim. But also the atmosphere of the hotel showed all of that feel impersonated on the simple and cosy design details.
Really, really loved it. And the channel saint martin and the Marais is the perfect place to stay in Paris.

Du Nord(pour les nostalgiques du cinéma).
Le quartier est super calme et bucolique. L’accueil est fort sympathique : un jeune homme très avenant et qui aime conseiller les clients pour profiter de Paris au mieux. C’est lui aussi qui prépare et sert le petit déjeuner (simple mais d’excellente qualité) toujours avec la même gentillesse ! La chambre standard est toute petite mais, comme disait une publicité pour une voiture il y a peu «elle a tout d’une grande ». Très fonctionnelle, literie et sanitaires neufs, d’excellente qualité, impeccables. Rien ne manque et tout a été pensé dans le détail : Bouilloire pour faire du thé par ex et y compris un appareil qui permet de défroisser les vêtements à la vapeur… Bravo ! Aux alentours, tout près, un bon choix de Restaurants… bref nous avons été enchantés de ce choix : nous venons à Paris de temps en temps pour un spectacle ou une expo et nous changions tjrs d’hôtel parce qu’aucun ne nous avait vraiment séduits… à présent nous saurons où aller… citizen nous a convaincus d’y revenir !
L accueil est vraiment top, la literie au top,… merci à toute l équipe de l hôtel !!
