Mi familia y yo estamos más que agradecidos con la atención, amabilidad y servicio de TODO el personal del hotel. Al llegar nos recibieron ayudándonos con el equipaje, nos recomendaron lugares para visitar esa tarde (en español!!!) y la pasamos genial sin haberlo planeado. Al día siguiente mi mamá se intoxicó con la comida de un restaurante y siempre estuvieron atentos a su salud, llamaron a un doctor y nos ayudaron a conseguir los medicamentos. Finalmente, el día de nuestra salida hubo una confusión con el taxi que nos llevaría a la central y nos apoyaron como nadie para que pudiéramos llegar a tiempo.

Definitivamente si volvemos a París nos quedaremos de nuevo ahí, la zona es muy bonita y tranquila, nada de ruido por la noche, las habitaciones limpias y funcionales, tienes todo lo que necesitas, el desayuno es tipo buffet y es delicioso, además de lo ya mencionado con el trato.

The most important asset of this hotel are the extreme competent and genuinely friendly and helpful team of people.

Hotel business is foremostly the people who run the hotel - all people in all positions.

Will be happy and am looking forward to be a guest there in the future!

The hotel is has some great factors and some fall backs. Firstly the location of this place perfect. Perfectly in the heart of the city, you can truly live the Parisienne life. However the rooms were interesting.they were not overly small or dirty, however I belive they were built on a slope or something of that sort. This is because it you stayed in the roome long enough you would get dizzy. It could be the heat of Paris or the travel, but we stayed here quite a bit. Over all great hotel and would recommend, the service was good and the location is excellent. Things to not as well. The lift is overly small and will not fit more than 1 skinny person and a bag, so you will have to use the staris. And the breakfast is not that great, I would recommend to eat from the cafes 1 min walk away. Overall great hotel that does a lot with minimal space.

Lovely boutique hotel in Paris!
Perfect location, next to the grand boulevards and in a very genuine Parisian place.
Close to different metro stations.
Room was spacious & the staff was very friendly!!
The hotel is located in a one way street which make it a very quiet place.
I'll be back!

We absolutely loved our five-night stay at the Hotel Windsor Opera! This was our fourth time in Paris, but our first staying in this location. It was fantastic! So many restaurants nearby as well as easy walking distance to many of the "main" attractions. The hotel staff are wonderful and helpful, accommodating every need. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and well maintained every day. We would absolutely return to this location and highly recommend this hotel.

Świetny hotel. Ładny, przestronny pokój w 10. dzielnicy. Wystrój i pokoju, i części wspólnych bardzo klimatyczny. Bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa, zawsze uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko kilku stacji metra (w odległości kilku minut na piechotę stacje linii 8, 9, 4 i 7 - możliwe, że innych także, ale z tych korzystałem)

Hotel molto bello, curato nei particolari. Location ottima per girare parigi . Zona piena di bistrot e brasserie per cenare o per un aperitivo. La signora che ci ha ricevuto cordialissima e in un attimo abbiamo fatto il check in. Da consigliare assolutamente
