Perfect peaceful stay within walking distances of Gare de Nord and Gare de l'est. Immaculately clean, delightful staff and excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault it!

A fantastic little gem of a hotel. Great location, tucked away down a side street so fairly quiet, but with lots of bars, cafe and restaurants a short walk and great public transport links. The staff were lovely, very polite and friendly. Room was larger than expected (especially for Paris) and very clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed here at the beginning of May. 2 adults and 2 kids (12/15). We had a junior suite on the third floor. We were there for 3 nights and used the hotel as a base for seeing the city for which it is great. ||All the staff members that we dealt with were really great and very friendly and helpful.||The room was a good size and was fine for the four of us. Everything was clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. As the hotel is on a small street off the 'main' streets, there is no road noise at all so sleep was not an issue (Of course 20k steps a day also helped!!).||The hotel is within walking distance of the Louvre and Gare du Nord which was great as we flew into Beauvais and the train from Beauvais pulls into Gare du Nord (as does the Eurostar if travelling from the UK).||There are some decent cafes/restaurants within a 5/10 min walk from the hotel and a nice boulengerie called La parisienne just around the corner.||Although there was a breakfast option in the hotel, we didn't opt for it and chose to grab a breakfast or coffee and a pastry in one of the many cafes.||All in all it's a great base for exploring the city.

We had a lovely stay at this centrally located yet wonderfully quiet hotel in Paris. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. While we were a bit surprised that a 4-star hotel didn’t offer breakfast, it wasn’t a major issue—there are plenty of excellent breakfast spots just around the corner. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

Increíble hotel. Si buscas un 4**** en París y el precio se adapta a tu presupuesto no busques más. Limpio, tranquilo, ubicación inmejorable, silencioso y el personal súper atento. Está en una calle con muy poco tránsito y el descanso está garantizado. Las camas más cómodas que he probado en mi vida. La zona del hotel con todos los servicios: cafeterías, restaurantes, bares, panaderías, supermercados...El metro a 6 minutos a pie. El Louvre a 25' andando y Montmartre a 20'. Lo único "mejorable" es que la habitación triple es un poco pequeña pero el resto de ventajas lo compensan sobradamente. Acierto 100% garantizado. Dudo que haya mejores opciones en París.

Charming little boutique hotel situated in a quiet street.||We had a room on the 3rd floor for three nights which had a double and two single beds (our two girls were with us), which faced the street.||The room was not the biggest but was fine, room had a safe, mini bar (which was stocked) and huge TV (never turned on as we were tired after walking each day), the bathroom had the usual shower / bath combination and was fine.||The only slight issue was no coffee / tea making facilities (never asked for a kettle to be brought up, so that’s my own fault).||Receptionists were very polite, happy and spoke very good English.||The WiFi was free and the breakfast was a buffet style.||The hotel is about 15 mins from Gare de Nord and 10 mins from Bonne Nouvelle Metro, it’s also a nice walkable distance to the Louvre, Galaries Lafayette, Sacre Couer and the Moulin Rouge.||There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area and coffee shops.

Week end magique dans un hôtel qui mérite largement ses 4 étoiles. Tout est parfait : la propreté, les chambres, le petit déjeuné, la localisation, le calme, la décoration, le service…Mention spéciale à la petite dame de l’accueil qui est d’une gentillesse infinie. Si l’occasion s’offre nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the WHO Windsor Hotel Opera! The location couldn't be more perfect—centrally situated with countless charming restaurants and bakeries just steps away, and within easy walking distance to major train stations. It made getting around the city effortless and enjoyable.

The staff truly set this hotel apart. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and impressively knowledgeable. Whether I needed help with directions, recommendations, or reservations, they went above and beyond to assist with genuine warmth.

The hotel itself is lovely, with a stylish, comfortable atmosphere. My room was spotless and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was top-notch.

But what truly earned my deepest appreciation was what happened after I checked out—I had mistakenly left behind a bag containing important medication and tablets. The hotel staff acted quickly and professionally, and within just four days, the bag was returned to me with every single item intact. I cannot express how grateful I am for their care, honesty, and outstanding professionalism.

I highly recommend the WHO Windsor Hotel Opera to anyone visiting Paris—it's a perfect blend of location, comfort, and exceptional service. Thanks to the amazing team, I’ll definitely be back!

Nicely decorated boutique hotel, very quiet and safe, centrally located with easy transport to all attractions in Paris CBD. There’re many authentic and nice bakery and French restaurants within walking distance.

The receptionist’s desk looks like flying in an airplane ✈️ very interesting! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is not huge (ie on average in Paris) but enough for a travellor who spends half a day visiting museums & attractions???? The bed is comfortable and the bedding is clean & of high quality. Hot buffet breakfast is served daily for 16€ pp which is great for travellers who don’t have time to dine out in the morning.

Chambre et salle de bain étriquées, loin du standard attendu d'un 4 étoiles. Seul le tarif, élevé pour moins de 10 m2, rappelle le classement surprenant de l'hôtel.

It was a really nice hotel. I loved the decoration in the lobby, especially the lego eiffel tower. The staff was really friendly! I had a triple room with a big bed and a sleeping sofa, that is a chair wich you can unfold so it becomes a bed! We also had a bath tub. The showers flowed pretty hard and got really hot, this was a first for me for a hotel to have showers this nice. It was a great surprise. The location is also perfect. Around a 15 min walk from gare du nord train station. Everything you would want to see is around an hour walk, if you are in to that, if not the metro stations are all over the place. I would higly recommend staying here. 1 tiny side not is that the matrasses are quite hard. But it was fine.

3 jours 2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel et pas grand chose à redire.
Tout d'abord le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, serviable, arrangeant.
La chambre était propre.
L'hôtel se situe dans une rue hyper calme de Paris et très bien situé niveau touristique.
Si je devais comparer avec d autres hôtels et donner des axes d amélioration, l acoustique avec l étage est... limite, et le petit déjeuner est cher pour la qualité servie et le choix proposé. Ceci dit il reste bon et la déco de l hôtel est chaleureuse. Tout comme l accueil ????.
Nous y reviendrons tout de même avec plaisir.
