I’ve been to Okko twice and had a great time every time. The location is spot on for travel to/from Gare de l’Est or Gare du Nord. Rooms are clean and staff is lovely.

Like a youth hostel, staff insist that it’s “winter “ ( 14 March), and they don’t turn on air conditioning; not possible to open a window in our room either. Ending up feeling incredibly stuffy and warm without ventilation, although one member of the staff insists they have ventilation. Somehow we cannot feel it. It just feels no fresh air, the air stays stagnant in the room.
Call yourself a so called 4 star hotel, but this hotel is definitely letting itself down.

This is the best location ever if you’re travelling to our from Paris Gare De L’Est station! We had a super early train and the fact that the hotel is basically on the tracks (don’t worry you can’t hear any trains) is super convenient! It’s super stylish and conveniently setup for business with even a desk in my room where I could do work as well as business centre! Super convenient

Cependant, Ayant un train à 8h du matin, nous avons réservé une nuit avec petit-déjeuner dans cet hôtel. Cependant en arrivant, la réception nous explique que le petit-déjeuner n’est disponible qu’à partir de 8h le dimanche mais qu’on peut avoir un petit-déjeuner à emporter si nous le souhaitons. Nous sommes d’accord. À 7h15, nous récupérons donc notre petit déjeuner, 3 minis viennoiseries et deux madeleines sans gluten emballée individuellement. Mon mari prend également du yaourt avec des céréales dans un gobelet sans couvercle les adapté et un café. Nous demandons s’il n’est pas possible de déjeuner sur place avant de partir étant donné que le buffet est déjà prêt mais le personnel pas du tout coopératif, nous dit que ce n’est pas possible parce que le dimanche c’est 8h et que le personnel du petit déjeuner n’est pas encore arrivé. Très déçu par cette attitude pas du tout commerciale. Si nous avions su, nous n’aurions pas payé un supplément petit-déjeuner, nous aurions pris celui-ci à la gare. Sur le site de booking il n’est nulle part écrit les horaires du petit-déjeuner.
