If you really have to stay here, find the cheapest rate you can find. Agoda or bookingcom would be good. I usually like to support local business by booking direct, but the management here doesn’t have customer service DNA or an ounce of empathy hence don’t spend any more than you should. We booked direct and regretted it sorely.

Upon check out, we asked them to keep our lugagge for a couple hours like we normally do in hotels. They told us that we should keep our luggage in Gare d Est locker because their storage room is fully occupied by an incoming big group. I flat out refused, manager came out and still tried to push the station locker solution on me. I stay in hotels 160 days in a year and this is the first hotel that tried to exempt individual customers from using luggage storage. I unfortunately had to raise my voice due to hotel manager refusal, in the end they agreed keep my luggage and she said “maybe we will revise that luggage storage is upon availability only”. So take that statement into account before booking this property.

If you know you have a big group, have a proper planning so that you don’t sacrifice other paying customers. Use the restaurant,
meeting rooms etc for temporary storage. Or don’t advertise that you have luggage storage. Attached bellow are collections of them advertising luggage storage at different OTAs.

This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the train station. You literally walk out of the hotel door to the left, about 4 minutes, and you are inside the Gare de'lest train station! I'm from Texas, so I'm used to needing my AC.... the first room we had barely kicked out ANY air AND was so tiny!!! There wasn't really any place to unpack! They were gracious enough to move us to a different room. The ac in this room was AMAZING, AND the room was MUCH bigger - still no storage, though. But in THIS one, the shower drain was clogged. The setup had the toilet and sink in the same space as the shower, so there was standing water when we went to use the restroom. They tried to fix it but ended up moving us AGAIN. This room had ac like the first room but was the size of the first one. We decided to just suck it up and deal with it. The breakfast was ok. It was the same thing every morning, so it does get tiresome. The staff WAS friendly AND ACCOMODATING.

Stayed for 2 days with breakfast. Not far from the station, could see a train out of the window. Breakfast was OK. Not great, There is coffee and some snacks available during the day and the evening.

It took a long walk several times a day to get between the lift and our room. The room was too small, it had no separate bathroom, and the lavatory was the size of a broom cupboard. The bed was hard, too low, and very uncomfortable. The wardrobe was too small and difficult to access because of the proximity of the bed! There was no minibar. The lighting was inadequate. The breakfast was not up to standard: no proper croissants, tea or coffee, generally poor quality food.Our complaints about dirtiness, the washbasin stopper etc were not dealt with. Not a 4* hotel.

Hôtel moderne, très bien placé sur les quais de la gare dans rien entendre du tout du traffic.

Le coin boissons et snack a volonté est très appréciable.

Le personnel est très bien.
Les chambres ne sont pas très grande mais tout est étudié et la décoration moderne et épurée.

Je recommande !

Really lovely hotel! Great location for access to the metro. |Positives - very clean, smells incredible in the reception area. Cool decor. Decent size room considering the rooms in Paris are normally really small! Five/ten minute walk from the Eurostar station. Love the water filter in the corridor.||Negatives - we stayed in room 203 and all day and night all we could hear was what sounded like furniture being dragged across a hard floor from below us, it went on throughout the night and we couldn’t work out what it was, the only thing it could be was our room was above the gym, it was very annoying even our earplugs didn’t block it out!!|Breakfast was 20 euros each which was quite expensive. We didn’t have it and went out and got croissants instead. ||The area - the area felt very unsafe, especially at night. Lots of men loitering in groups. The entrance to the hotel is odd and not what you expect, I imagine if might be hard to find for some people! Lots of people just throwing stuff and spitting on the floor. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but just worth mentioning.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and had such a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore the city. The service truly stood out; the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely aesthetic that makes you feel instantly relaxed. My room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the food—everything I tried was delicious. Plus, the hotel offered so many great amenities that made the stay even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wir waren mehr als begeistert vom Hotel (sauber, klimatiesiert, Wasser, Kaffee, Tee 24/7 kostenlos) und im Besonderen vom Personal. Schon sehr lange haben nicht mehr so freundliche Menschen getroffen.|Auf Wunsch erhielten wir eine "Extradecke", völlig problemlos.|Die Lage ist super, direkt neben dem Bahnhof, von dem aber im Hotel nichts zu hören ist. Ich bin mir sicher, wir werden uns wieder sehen, à bientot.

Das Hotel liegt super, direkt am Bahnhof und ist trotzdem total ruhig. Die Wege zur Metro sind kurz, das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben es total genossen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

We were delighted with our stay at OKKO, thanks to an extremely convenient location and friendly staff. Checking in and out was easy, with the added benefit of being able to leave our baggage at reception on the day of departure. Staff were kind enough to bring a free toothbrush set to my room as I had forgotten mine! Overall brilliant service. A variety of snacking and drink stations, computer areas and cleanliness of bedroom and bathroom made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend family/friends to book. Thank you very much.

Fantastic hotel for our weekend stay in Paris. Great location, close to the metro and Gard Du Norde to get to and from the airport hassle free. Loads of good eateries close and the staff were really helpful. Hotel is also really well soundproofed you don’t hear a thing once in your room. Would definitely stay again.

Je suis venue avec ma maman pour un petit séjour parisien. Emplacement parfait Gare du Nord et de l’Est proche et métro.
Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel c’était délicieux. Animaux acceptés, super deco et très calme.
Salle de sport, sauna, petit déjeuner super complet en buffet. Boissons chaude en illimité a toutes heures de la journée.
Chambre propre mais un peu petite.
Pour un 3 étoiles je pense que des petites produits de toilettes serait nécessaire pour un côté « plus prestigieux »
Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Très proche de la gare. Intérieur très agréable. La chambre est bien agencée; literie agréable et coin douche sympa. Il manque juste la bouteille d'eau dans la chambre et ça aurait été parfait.

اتاق بسیار ساکت بود هیچ صدایی از خیابان ،راهرو یا اتاق‌ها نمی آمد، هرروز نظافت انجام می‌شد، کافه رستوران تمام ساعت‌ها چای قهوه و خوراکی رایگان داشت و محیط کافه بسیار عالی بود، صبحانه بسیار معمولی و تنوع چندانی نداشت،از پرسنل پذیرش خانم خلوت بسیار سپاسگزارم بسیار عالی و مشتری مدار ، جیم بسیار کوچک و وسیله خاصی نداشت، در کل هتل خوب و قابل قبولی بود ، ممنون
