We had one of the most delicious meals of our life! We asked the waiter, Nassim, to order his favorites for us and we had an amazing meal. Every course built on the other with taste and creativity. Nassim was a fantastic guide on our gastronomic journey This was truly a French fine dining experience & it was vegan! We highly recommend!

Le meilleur et le plus surprenant dîner végétalien que nous ayons mangé depuis des années. Une dame dans la cuisine, très détendue et dévouée, a imaginé et préparé tous ces plats délicieux. Félicitations à elle. Mais aussi au personnel qui a veillé à ce que la soirée se déroule sans gluten (allergie). Nous leur exprimons également toute notre gratitude. Si nous retournons à Paris, nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter. Ce fut un véritable plaisir !

Such a fabulous night, totally recommend to anyone who is vegetarian, vegan, or veg-curious. Honestly one of the best fine dining plant-based meals I’ve ever had. Our moustachioed server was a delight, along with the guy in charge of the drinks and the rest of the staff. It was a treat to get to eat such classic French dishes without meat. So glad this place exists.

Super expérience ! La nourriture était D.E.L.I.C.I.E.U.S.E. Découverte de nouvelles saveurs. J'y ai amené mes parents (plutôt viandard et avec des préjugés sur la nourriture végane), ils ont été bluffés des goûts et de la consistance des assiettes (on a pris 6 assiettes à partager pour 3). Les plats sont très bien présentés par le serveur, personnel très agréable, détendus et souriants.

The best meal I’ve ever had! Celebrated my husband’s birthday last night with family (2 vegans, 2 non vegans) and we are so glad we chose this amazing restaurant. I think we tried everything on the menu and every single dish was perfection! The nonvegans agreed this was the best meal in Paris! Absolutely delicious and gorgeous presentation. The service was superb and we were treated so nicely by everyone. Even without being able to speak more than a few words in French, there was no problem communicating in English with everyone (thank you!). Highly recommend!

Bon concept végé. Service très agréable. Nourriture correcte sans coup de coeur. Addition salée car les plats à la carte sont petits et le concept consiste à en prendre plusieurs. Si c'était à refaire on prendrais le menu.

Everything was absolutely delicious from first to last. The room is well appointed, the lighting sets a mood, and each dish created a bridge to the next. From this visit, the carpaccio was the most remarkable in the pleasures of taste and texture, but there is considerably more menu to cover on future visits. For vegans and vegetarians this place is a welcome haven, and for everyone else it's — well, it's exactly the same. Don't deny yourself the pleasures of these inventive plant-based delicacies!

Very strange for us getting a menu and you're able to choose literally anything! We're vegetarians living in France and if you're lucky, you'll find something vegetarian on the menu, a salad + chips or an omelette + chips.
Faubourg Daimant, a vegan restaurant, was a surprising discovery: great food with subtle flavours and unusual combinations (we looooved the carrots), very nice wines and overall very friendly and professional staff.
Did our friends miss a piece of meat? Not at all!

We had one of the best dinners ever at Faubourg Daimant. The meals are all vegetarian, so creatively prepared and amazingly delicious, literally ever plate was a taste-explosion, unique but oh so comforting and yummy. Highly recommend booking a table here, we will for sure come back. The love for details and good service was also extraordinary. Don't walk - run to this restaurant!

Très bons plats veggie, certains même délicieux (Corn carrot une tuerie !!) et la serveuse adorable !
En revanche la salle verrière sentait vraiment le renfermé, l’humidité et presque la moisissure et ça n’était pas agréable.
Et dîner à 19h n’est pas facile non plus car on arrive à table sans avoir faim. Il faudrait décaler à 19.30 le 1er service

Cela faisait longtemps que je souhaitais venir déguster les plats du Faubourg Daimant. Aucun regret! Mes amis carnivores ont même dit: ça donne envie de manger végétarien! Tout est dit.
Service impeccable et accueil chaleureux. Les choux de Bruxelles étaient délicieux et le dessert snickers quel régal!!!
Faut que je vienne tester le brunch maintenant!
