This is the best burger in the world.

Dumbo focuses on smash burgers. And they have refined that dish to it's pinnacle. The buns are buttery and light, the sauces are in the perfect ratio to everything else, as are the onions, the gherkins are sliced to the ideal thickness, the cheese is meaty and doesn't overpower. And the beef. Two patties of unctuous, fatty mince, smashed violently onto a hot plate until they are frilly, crispy and sweet. I can't imagine a more perfect demonstration of the Maillard reaction.

This was my second visit. I think I have to go here every time I visit Paris now.

Einer der besten Smashburger, die ich je gegessen habe! Der Cheeseburger war richtig lecker – das Fleisch war am Rand schön knusprig, was dem Ganzen einen tollen Geschmack verliehen hat. Insgesamt war er sehr saftig und einfach köstlich. Die Pommes waren hingegen eher unspektakulär und leider nicht besonders gut gewürzt. Die Sauce dazu war okay. Schade, dass es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Trotzdem: Der Smashburger ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

J’ai pris un cheeseburger (10€) et des nuggets (6€).
Le smash burger est délicieux, le steak bien cuit et le pain brioché font un bon combo.
Les nuggets aussi sont bons accompagnés de leur sauce sweet and sour.
Servi rapidement, emballage à emporter très pratique.

We stayed opposite this place all weekend and we couldn’t resist trying it out before we left Paris. I’m glad we did because these guys do smash burgers right! The only downside was I ordered to share so I recommend ordering individually for full satisfaction ????

The cheese burger & the Earth burger have been consistently delicious every time. It's fast, easy & good food. The menu is perfectly small: burgers, nuggets & fries. Highly recommend ????

It was my first time at Dumbo after it’s been recommended to me for their smash burgers. I had 6 chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger for lunch, it was very filling. The meat of the burger and the nuggets are really good quality and very well seasoned. You watch your food being made while seated at the counter. Condiments are for free which is nice to add on as my burger had to little sauce on it. The nuggets were mediocre to me, as for the burger same. I prefer other fast food places near by such as cammion by Parmentier. As Dumbo has a very small menu although I prefer seating and ambience. I had higher expectations after the hype was so big. I forgot to take a picture of my burger.

Una sola hamburguesa (opción vegetariana aparte) y unas solas patatas.
La hamburguesa me ha parecido excelente. Riquísima. Muy fresca.
Las patatas me han gustado, estaban muy bien hechas, pero no parecían del todo frescas. Al menos, no tanto como los ingredientes de la hamburguesa.

The staff who works there is so nice! Everyone were really kind and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious and cheap ( 16€ for water, cheeseburger and the best fries I’ve ever eaten) . I recommend this restaurant for everyone and it’s really worth ❤️❤️❤️

Okay so, it really is good. If you like smashed burgers come here. Super thin, crispy and tasty patty, good bun. Overall a great burger, but it should have their special sauce in the burger!

Très, très bon, cosy et chaleureux. Grâce à la musique, les repas, les boissons et les couleurs clairs de l'interieur, on se sent comme en vacances, même sous un ciel gris parisien. C'était une très bonne expérience !

Restaurant repéré sur instagram, grâce au compte « The nasty belly » entre autres

Le bokit : c’était très bon, poulet frit cuit à la perfection, pas du tout sec et super pikliz avec la sauce
Patates douces : très bon accompagnement, une douceur
Sorbet coco : c’est ce que je retiens le plus du restaurant ! J’ai adoré le côté épicé, ça plaira aux personnes qui aiment boire du chai (thé aux épices) ; une douceur en tous cas, passe très bien en fin de repas

Ambiance du restaurant et service : parfait, rien à redire, super playlist (zouk, kompa entre autres) et service très sympathique
