Hotel located in quiet area in Courbevoie, near La Défense business district in Paris. Elevator, clean, comfortable room with bed, sitting area, small kitchen and dining table with chairs, bathroom and toilet.
Located next to bakery and wooded passageway leading to nearby shops and cafés. Beautiful park at intersection nearby. Metro Line 1 access within 10 minute walk, giving access to Paris Centre within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Personnel accueillant. Chambre très propre et bien adaptée pour 4 personnes.

Parfait, notre studio était propre et le hall de l'hotel également. On peut acheter des plats préparés et des boissons à la réception. Il y a également un espace détente avec des livres adultes/enfants. |Dans l'appartement, il y a des draps, une machine à café, un sèche-cheveux, une planche et un fer à repasser, un kit d'hygiène pour la cuisine.la kitchenette est tres bien équipée et propre. |Acceuil cordial et efficace à la réception. Parking payant disponible. |Seule précision: dans les appartements pour 4 personnes, il y a un lit double (avec la sdb à côté) et un canapé-lit. Les deux espaces ne sont pas séparés par une porte classiques mais bien par une grande porte coulissante. Pour une famille avec enfants c'est parfait mais c'est à prendre en compte si on voyage avec un autre couple d'amis.

Nice staff and OK breakfast.
The room (with balcony!) was great.
I pity the people from the highest floors when the lifts were out for two days though.
Why not 5 stars? I was staying for over a week and I had to pay 1.5€ for each new capsule of coffee for my room, when they would have refilled the welcoming 4-pack of capsules for the next guest for free. You are punished for staying longer. What a logic!

Hôtel très propre aux chambres agréables.
L'emplacement est un peu loin des transports si vous avez de grosses valises (15 min à pied de la défense ou la ligne L).
Prêtez attention à la description des chambres, elle peut être trompeuse pour 4 personnes.

Le logement est d un bon rapport qualité prix ( même si la taxe de séjour est Hor de prix mais ça c est Paris). La terrasse était hyper agréable vu la météo. Par contre nous avons dû 3 fois utiliser les escaliers et quand on est au 9 ème c est pas possible. 2 ascenseurs seulement dont un en panne pour un tel établissement. Le 2eme qui se bloque quand on veut monter... Que font les personnes âgées. Et 2 fois descendre à pied dont une fois avec les bagages après 20 min d attente sans jamais pouvoir y monter surtout que ces ascenseurs ne servent pas qu aux clients mais aussi pour les poubelles, les chariots de ménage... Ce n est pas digne d un 3*.

I checked in very late to the hotel about midnight. There was huge amount of road work in front of the hotel which made it very difficult to sleep because my room was given on the first floor. I requested them to see if you can move me upstairs but wasn’t supported maybe due to no roos available. in the morning when I reach for breakfast about 9:25 am there was no cereal bowl there was no cereal there was no milk,There was no juice and There’s no glass for juice. when I requested staff member, I heard something unexpected - You know the breakfast starts at 7 finishes at 10 so we are towards the end of it. I said but it is still more than half an hour to 10. I don’t know how they had audacity to say in this way to a customer when they are at fault. I didn’t like the service aspect at all and I would never prefer to stay in this hotel again or suggest to others. I just spent day for a business trip wanted a peaceful night and peaceful morning and some basic food. All of which seem to be, but in scarcity here !

Locatie was goed. 15 min. van winkels, metro en trein. Appartement was ruim voor 4 pers en de bedden lagen goed. Alles was aanwezig.
Onderhoud was slecht. Douchekop en doucheslang lekte. Verf van de muren, zwarte vlekken in badkuip. Scheur in dekbedovertrek. Plafonds open in de gang van het hotel. Het was ook best warm in het appartement, kregen de temperatuur niet omlaag.

Très bien situé, à proximité des commerces.
Appartement pour six personnes bien aménagé et assez grand. Bien équipé (pastilles lave vaisselle a disposition ainsi qu'un kit vaisselle)
Assez calme en week end et le plus c'est la vue sur la tour Eiffel car appartement au 13eme étage.
Parking appreciable, bouche de métro à 10 minutes.
Nous avons été très satisfaits de l'appartement, nous reviendrons car bonne adresse.

This is a brilliant place to stay, and we hope to revisit soon. It's a 20 minute RER train ride from Gare du Nord for 2.5 euros and then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Reception was a very warm greeting and also free drink on arrival. The apartment (number 1202) was perfect for us - parents and kids aged 18, 15 and 10 and being able to cook in the room saved a lot of money.
The La Defense area is very modern with a huge mall at the station. There's also a carrefour five minutes from the hotel (with a very good asian restaurant) and a friendly boulangerie right downstairs.
Although the main La Defense area is modern and striking, the main road in Courbeville is starts one minute from the hotel (turn left) and has traditional French shops so you get a genuine neighbourhood feel.
We would definitely return and this is a perfect place to explore Paris from as the transport links are fast, regular and cheap.

Welcome to the 14th floor hotel where is no elevators avaliable! Be not surprised early morning to bring down your 30kg luggage using evacuation stairs as I did. Insane...

When we complained about the AC, they told us they don’t turn it on during May and June — but that was a lie. We asked other guests, and they said their AC was working fine. It turns out the problem was only in our room, and instead of being honest or offering a solution, the staff lied and refused to help.
We asked to cancel the booking and get a refund, but they refused. Terrible experience overall. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not even worth €10. Stay away.
