We paid a large amount for this place expecting decent quality, but were extremely disappointed upon arrival. The apartment was in poor condition — the air conditioner was broken, the smell was awful, and the reception staff were rude and unprofessional.
When we complained about the AC, they told us they don’t turn it on during May and June — but that was a lie. We asked other guests, and they said their AC was working fine. It turns out the problem was only in our room, and instead of being honest or offering a solution, the staff lied and refused to help.
We asked to cancel the booking and get a refund, but they refused. Terrible experience overall. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not even worth €10. Stay away.

Hotel located in quiet area in Courbevoie, near La Défense business district in Paris. Elevator, clean, comfortable room with bed, sitting area, small kitchen and dining table with chairs, bathroom and toilet.
Located next to bakery and wooded passageway leading to nearby shops and cafés. Beautiful park at intersection nearby. Metro Line 1 access within 10 minute walk, giving access to Paris Centre within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
