Notre côté de bœuf été cuite comme il faut et savoureuse.

We did enjoy our starters, sharing three dishes among the five of us. For the main course, we ordered seafood platters. I mentioned to one of the waiters that the periwinkles seemed undercooked. He said he would let the chef know, but after ten minutes with no response, I followed up. The waiter then told me the chef believed everything was fine. I politely insisted that something was off, and he said he would inform the manager.
The manager arrived promptly, tasted the periwinkles himself, and agreed they were indeed undercooked. He apologised sincerely, offered to replace them, and kindly gave us a complimentary dessert as a gesture of goodwill.
Despite this, the overall experience felt mediocre. While the manager handled the situation well, it highlighted a need for better staff training, particularly in communication and handling customer feedback.
