The hotel room was quite basic and a 20min walk from the center but the beds were comfortable. All staff was pleasant as well.

Hotel onesto con camere pulite, ben posizionato, con parcheggio coperto (non incluso, a pagamento). Colazione ottima e con grande scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Se dovete fare sosta a Rouen è certamente consigliato.

Das Ibis Hotel in Rouen Frankreich hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal nett und das Frühstücksbuffet wurde ständig gefüllt.
Die Betten waren bequem und die Klima funktionierte sehr gut was nicht immer der Fall ist in Hotels.

The exterior of the hotel is shabby. Like the "upside down". Also, having to pay about 20euros a day to park the car leaves a sour taste. The rooms are just ok, but no fridge, no smart tv, no netflix, no bbc or cnn is surprising for about £100 a night. The punitive tourist tax felt like a kick in the teeth too.
The breakfast is very good though, and the staff are very nice.

J'ai récemment pris une chambre dans cet hôtel en me fiant aux avis sur internet et je m'en suis un peu mordu les doigts.
Les chambres sont correctes sans être exceptionnelles mais propres. Le petit bémol, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, mais ça semble de moins en moins commun ces derniers temps.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympatique et efficace.
Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est plutôt bien entretenu.
Il faut noter qu'il est finalement assez loin du centre ville par rapport à certains autres hôtels, on est vraiment sur la bordure. C'est pas dramatique non plus mais ça ne se saute pas forcément aux yeux en regardant la carte.
Le problème, c'est qu'il est collé à une grande artère où des voitures circulent à fond en permanence et qu'il est très mal isolé acoustiquement. La journée, n'espérez pas faire une sieste tranquille, le bruit est insupportable. Par contre, la nuit, le problème se calme un peu mais il m'a quand même fallu des bouchons pour dormir.

Sadly because of a family bereavement, I had to cancel booking. Wrote several times to the hotel over a 10 day period ahead to see if I could rearrange my rooms so that my fellow travellers could continue but to no avail. No responses whatsoever after 3 emails during a period of bereavement. I had to cancel my booking so that I dont screw up the accommodation for the remaining travellers. Totally poor and disappointing customer service. This is despite booking from them directly and being an accor plus member (a paid membership). Please think twice when booking with this hotel. You wont be getting much support

Nice hotel. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Staff are courtegeous. Loved the breakfast and good variety of bread available. Good option for stay if you travelling in this area.

Ibis rooms were ok but with small towels which is annoying. Simple but clean - window narrow with poor view of back of hotel & other rooms (but this is por luck!). Good location but off very busy road.However it shares the Mercure’s reception, bar and restaurant; staff were helpful and food in restaurant was really good. Busy and atmospheric for dinner.

Stayed here a couple of times as a stop off when travelling south. |It's in a really good location regarding that it's easy to drive to and very close to the river, if you like a walk. A relatively short walk from the town centre and Cathedral. |Parking is interesting, lots of quite tight underground garages. The positive is that it's secure and on site with lifts and stairs up to reception. Really happy to be honest.|Everything was clean and tidy.|Breakfasts are really good value and quality with plenty of choice.|Evening meals were very good quality too. |On one occasion, we got the meal deal/formula. This was good value and you weren't too limited on the menu. An option to bare in mind.|The restaurant is very pleasant and immaculate. |Big shout out to the blond lady on reception, so sorry that I missed your name.|Also to Yassine, (I couldn't believe that he recognises customers from months ago), so friendly and helpful. He helped me with my very poor French and then gave us a tourist map and took the time to 'highlight' walks and places of interest. When I struggled in French, he'd change to English. Well, you have to try, don't you?|The bar and restaurant staff were 1st class too.|The only negatives were that on two consecutive nights, when paying our bill, there was a mix-up, and we got the wrong bills at a very busy period. One was 70€ and the other 56€ too much. Fortunately, we immediately spotted them. They were promptly corrected and it didn't spoil our experience. |Over all, a very pleasant stay and experience due to first class staff.|Will definitely stay again.

Comme toujours, un hôtel fonctionnel avec des chambres adaptées, situé un peu en dehors du centre-ville, mais du côté correspondant de la rivière. La ville est facilement accessible à pied. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, l'entrée du parking est facile à manquer, se fait par le Novotel adjacent, le tracé des rues autour de l'hôtel est légèrement déroutant.
