Nous avons dormi 1 nuit en van. C’est vraiment une des meilleures air naturelle que l’on ait fait !
Le cadre est vraiment un havre de paix
Les propriétaires sont très gentils
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

Vous ne trouverez pas mieux dans les environs. Des gens agréables et un service impeccable. Un lieu où vous ressourcer sans difficulté.
D'ailleurs, notre bon souvenir aux gérants du camping, Laurent et Christine, qui sont d'une profonde gentillesse et d'une grande serviabilité !
Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Je suis Super camping je recommande fortement. Personnel très agréable. Sanitaire hyper propre très grand emplacement et le camping dispose d'un super salle de jeux. Je recommande les yeux fermés

A beautiful little site sadly spoilt by it's owners unwelcoming welcome.

We arrived at the site on spec to find that the reception was unattended, even though the sign on the door said it should be open. However, as it was approaching the end of the season we assumed the staff were probably busy attending to other things, or simply winding down, and that we would find them later or vice versa, so we drove onto the ungated field and were almost immediately apprehended by the owner who asked us "how he could help (in a rather unfiendly manner), and why we had just driven on without registering", one would have thought the camper van and his absence at said reception might have been a given away!

Not the best of starts. But we liked the look of the place (it is idyllic) so persevered and explained that there was nobody at reception (which clearly he already knew) and that we would like one, possibly two nights with an electric hookup. We were then told that because our camper van was electric, we weren't allowed an electric hookup. Slightly offended and taken aback, I explained that the hook up was not to charge the vehicle, but to supply electricity to it for our cooking facilities etc.

Sadly this assurance wasn't enough for the owner, who said that because he couldn't keep an eye on us, he wouldn't allow it, which was essentially saying he didn't trust us. So not unsurprisingly, we left, and somewhat ironically, later found a site that were more than happy to allow us to charge our van (which by that time was helpful) and refused additional payment even though we offered it.

It's possible that the owner of this site has been troubled in the past by people charging their electric vehicles without permission, and as an EV driver myself I would be the first to say that doing so isn't acceptable. But the simple fact is that whether he likes it or not, it won't be long before there are many more EVs on the roads of all different types, with people using them for camping trips. So I'd suggest that rather than refusing them the ability to plug their camping equipment in, he comes up with a solution. Perhaps a deposit which would cover his costs should people charge (which although we didn't intend to anyway, would've been happy with) or maybe some dedicated chargers on site. Ultimately, I'm sure a solution can be found, but turning away business isn't it...unless he wishes to end up with a very quiet campsite!
