2nd Visit
Second time Here perfect for visiting Bordeaux close to the Tram and has good on site services. Low score for Reception as very cold just business like felt like they were under pressure also they were taking reservations also rather than assisting check in which meant a wait time also when the phone rang they interrupted the check in for as long as it took I suggest you have separate reservation line its very annoying and not only me the people behind me felt the same.

schitterend technisch personeel
wij hadden fietspech en werden geholpen door mensen van technische dienst. zij hebben zeer veel moeite gedaan om ons te helpen. Schitterend gedaan.
In tegenstelling tot de mensen van het onthaal want die hebben niks gedaan en ons van hot naar her gestuurd zonder ook maar klein beetje te helpen. Jammer ...

Une nuit en camping car à 28 euros chère Sanitaire est entretenu parois avec nombreuses dégoulinures. (Covid ?? ).. L'emplacement avec large trou en travers.

emplacement non adapté aux dimensions de mon CC
invasion de moustiques ( il existe des mesures préventives)
sanitaires impeccables...mais sans eau chaude
végétation non entretenue correctement aux abords de l'emplacement: ronces envahissantes provoquant égratignures et accrochages des vêtements.
robinets d'eau froide sur bornes à proximité de certains emplacement ne fonctionnant pas

Leider ist der Boden ziemlich schmutzig, dunkler Sand, wenn man mit Schuhen rein und raus geht sieht das Womo aus wie Sau. Kaum Wiese oder Kies und schon gar kein Pflaster. Sonst okay.

Dirty bathrooms
The bathrooms were dirty and nobody clean it during the time we were there. Also, there were spider's nets in all the toilets and showers (that's not for not cleaning one day...). It's easy to clean the bathrooms as is basically what we pay for (bathrooms). The pitch isn't flat, and a bit muddy in some areas, but ok. But it's all full of oaks and acorns were "raining".

Leider sind die Sanitären Anlagen sehr eng und nicht einladend aber sauber.
Die Anlage liegt an einer Hauptstraße.

2 Sterne Platz
Wir sind viel auf Yelloh Plätzen. Dieser Platz in Bordeaux war eine Enttäuschung. Unfreundlicher Empfang, Die Sanitäranlagen sind schlecht gereinigt, die Plätze weisen tiefe Fahrspuren auf und sind nicht gepflegt. Das Restaurant hatte am Montag und auch am Dienstag geschlossen. Wieso? Das tat man mit einem müden Lächeln an der Rezeption ab. Dieser Platz hat nicht 4 Sterne verdient.

Bon emplacement, beaux extérieurs mais peu mieux faire
Globalement satisfait par le séjour (pour raisons professionnelles) j'a trouvé le site très bien placé aux portes de Bordeaux. Le camping est bien entretenu sur les extérieurs, la variétés des chalets et bungalows intéressante. J'ai occupé ce camping en semaine dans un chalet ...c'était très calme et très agréable, et pourtant le camping était encore assez fréquenté pour fin septembre.
Accueil assez variable en fonction de la personne.... parfois très bien, parfois assez froid en journée. Possibilité d'arriver très tard le soir grâce au veilleur de nuit qui est très disponible.
Le point faible concerne la propreté du chalet. Un coup de balai régulier en hauteur, et dans les coins serait extrêmement différenciant. On sent que le personnel ou les précédents voyageurs ont passé un petit coup de ménage rapide mais la poussière et toiles s'accumulent vite. On sent que ca pourrait être mieux géré coté ménage. Un forfait ménage plus attractif encouragerait les locataires à laisser cette responsabilité aux gérants, et ça serait donc surement mieux suivi de ce coté là. Globalement satisfait pas ce séjour. Idéal pour rayonner dans la région.

Séjour de 4 jours dans un mobilhome de qualité, personnel serviable et sympathique. Cadre agréable.
Unique bémol : présence très importante de moustique mais c'est le risque avec un lac à côté :)

Bordeaux stopover
Lovely location and so convenient for access to the city centre by Tram. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the onsite shop well stocked. The only downside was the size and condition of the pitches which were muddy and uneven.

Worst Yelloh Campsite ever for us
We have chosen the camping for it's location and public transport connection close to Bordeaux center. This part worked well. Bus and Tram on time, cheap and convenient for a trip downtown.
Reception and booking was absolutely ok and friendly. Campsite looked nice at a first glance but unvieled it's shortcomings while searching for a pitch for our 6,7t camper. Although the camping was quite empty, it was almost impossible to find a pitch stable enough for our camper(Iveco based ) . We noticed several Ducato-based campers who got stuck in the deep sand or mud. Almost no satellite connection under all those trees. The worst point were the sanitary blocks. No heating on toilets and showers might work in July and August. Not anmyore late by begin of October. The cabins had the charme of a Dixie-Toilet. Way below the standard we are used with Yelloh camps. Only ONE location to empty the chem.toilet of the camper for the whole campsite...unacceptable. Restaurant was closed during our stay ( Monday)Shop was open an offered the most necessary products.
